Jimmy's Bar — Restaurant in West Peoria

Stopped in here a couple times while on vacation. It's one of our friend's favorites. In particular we had hands down the best service on April 16th. We left the Journey concert and drove around looking for food. There was another place open that would only serve drinks and wouldn't cook food and they were rude about it. But that's ok bc they took care of us at Jimmy's. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich, cheese curds, and a drink. Wonderful!...

Great spot to grab a quick drink or bite. Jimmy's Bahr is a local watering hole with character. Great staff and history for those looking to have an exceptional experience. Drinks are fairly price, while food is somewhat limited.

Good food, great staff!! I'm originally from Southern California, and if this bar was out there, I would have driven right by. I stopped in my first week here, and was greeted warmly by the owner.
