El Rancheros Mexican Food — Restaurant in West Sacramento

If I could give a negative review for poor customer service. I would! Food is good, service sucks! Went to this restaurant today through the drive through ordered $54 worth the food (they handed me a tied up bag which seemed good) I got all the way home and they forgot one of my meals. Okay, I understand things happen. I called them up and said Hey, you forgot my Taco plate order. Their response...Oh, yeah, that's okay, do you want a refund? Yes, I want to refund. Okay, whenndonyoubwant to come get it...Excuse me, I have to drive all my back to your restaurant To get my refund? Yeah, sorry you have to drive all the way back over here to get the refund. So I go thinking you know, Maybe they'll give me the tacos for me having to drive all the way back over here And refund me my money. The little girl at the register didn't even apologize. Just went into the register and gave me my money. Handed it to me and didn't say sorry. Didn't say anything😡 how rude? You mess up my order and you don't apologize. I have to drive all the way back over to get a refund. And this is how you treat people???? Terrible service. I will never go back again. Sad, I'm sure she's not the owner and I feel bad for the ownership that their employees don't value the customers time,money and...

This not a comment on their food, their food is good. This is on their service early mornings around 2am to 3am.... So their drive thru is supposed to be open 24hrs. I went there yesterday morning just after 3am to get something to eat. The guy on the intercom says "Sorry, our grill is currently closed for cleaning." I think to myself, ok next time come earlier cause that's the time they clean the grill. Today I go there just after 2:30am. The guy on intercom again says "Sorry, our.." I drive off before he can even finish his sentence. Apparently their grill is closed around this time in the morning I guess. I go quickly to the 7-Eleven across the street to get something else instead. About five minutes later when I drove back past their restaurant, there was car a their drive-thru window. I know it's early in the morning, but maybe they should get a sign or something saying they're closed at a certain time to...

I use to come to this establishment all the time. I spent so much money supporting this establishment over the years. Lately I’m not sure if they got new employees and cooks but my order the last few times have been incorrect and my food has been lacking the quantity of the meat on the tacos by giving little to barely anything but lots of lettuce. The drive thru worker should pay attention to the order instead of putting anything for your order. The times I come there is no line so where they drop the ball is not understandable to me. And I also tip as well it’s time for me to find another quick 24 hr spot to eat at after I get off of work late nights. Very disappointed and I have tried calling and no answer on...
