BUYER BEWARE!! Inspect anything you plan to buy for flaws BEFORE you buy!! Although their invoice states a part can be returned within 60 days; I learned by talking to someone at their call center that they cannot just do an exchange of parts, even if the part is flawed, was purchased just yesterday and was never installed!! The customer must file a claim for a refund and wait and hope for a resolution after a process time. In the meantime, a replacement part would have to be charged on top of the price already paid! Parts were way overpriced also!! The vent covers for my range hood were $55.92 EACH even though the package read "FILTER POWER PACK DOUBLE". Total rip off!! Luckily, I was able to press and rub repeatedly to finally make the flawed bend in the one cover to look almost like the unflawed one. I will now live with this but will NEVER rely upon Reliable...
