Frisch's Big Boy — Restaurant in West Union

I just wanted to share the horrible service I have had, and cold food I’ve been served at this location more than once. Horrible manager. Named Tina. She’s hardly there, she doesn’t know what she’s doing. She has no business owning a store. But this last time I was there really burned me up. My servers name was Debbie, she was rude. Never got me a refill. My food was cold, She let it sit in the window for 10 minutes before serving it to me. None of the servers cared either. No refund when I complained about everything to the manager. No sorry. Just absolutely rude. I left her a penny on the table. My server. She didn’t even deserve that. I won’t be back again. That was it, it’s so sad Frischs has went so downhill. It’s nothing like when I was younger. The last time I was there last week, I got the breakfast bar and the bisquits were hard as a rock. You could tell they were reused…like re cooked. After not being used the day before. My table was dirty, and a lady still sat me. I ignored it. I tried to eat my food, but it tasted really old, and stale. The ham was good though. What happened to making fresh food? Serving fresh food. Not old food….just Disgusting. Debbie should not be a server. Tina shouldn’t be a manager. At all. And The last time I was there, I had a server named Princilla, or something like that and she wasn’t attentive at all, she was too busy talking and laughing with other servers, than serving me. No refill, no ticket, she Forgot about me. I had to go up front when I was done eating and tell the cashier what table I was at. Didn’t ask me if everything was okay. Nothing. Should of got it refunded...

Our food has been great the past two visits! Big Boys are on point! Attentive service. On our last visit, we stopped by after an early pediatrician appointment for my 14-year-old son. He wanted lunch. I told him the next best thing would probably be Frisch's. The two of us look for any excuse to dine out if we have the opportunity. He was so happy was he when he could get a big boy at 10 AM! That being said, like anywhere prices are going up. We spent $30 for the two of us. We can easily head in any direction 30 minutes for a more upscale meal at a similar price. If it costs $50 for a family of 4 at Frisch's I'm going to want much more for my money. This particular location is privately owned. They set their prices and do not honor any app deals. A true bummer. I had a free dessert through the app, and wanted to take home one of their bundle deals at the app price. We instead paid for our dessert next door and my husband and son ended up with food from that...

It had been a long time since I had been at this Frisch's and I wanted to take my two grandchildren out send their brother was getting an operation that morning. I wanted to get their mind off of it so I took them out to eat breakfast because they like Frisch's breakfast bar. I went there and I will not be back because the breakfast bar they did not have any potatoes or ham and the cheese oh my gosh it was the most nastiest cheese I have ever ate. Somebody said well maybe you went at the wrong time of the day I said I want there before 8 a.m. how old could it be. I asked the lady at first where are the cheese was she says oh honey it's right there. I said oh I thought it was something else. When I told her that that is not the cheese that I had ate before she never bothered to take it back to management and redo it my grandchildren usually go back to the breakfast bar two or three times that morning they didn't go back twice.
