McDonald's — Restaurant in West Union

I wouldn’t give this place a star at all if I didn’t have to in order to leave a review. Let me start out by saying I used to brag on this McDonald’s about 3 years ago. Everything was always fresh and put together well, not sloppy and cold. It absolutely shows that no one in this place cares about what they put out that window anymore. I can’t tell you the last time I’ve had anything hot or worth eating from there. They care more about drive thru time than they do about satisfying the customers. I’ve worked in the food industry for 15 years and I would never serve something I would not eat myself. I don’t have the heart to feed people nasty cold slop. The one and only time I ever made a complaint about something was today, hard cold chicken nuggets my son would not eat and I could not sit there and let them go to waste so I called and the manager was rude. I walked in to give the nuggets to her because she wanted proof they were nasty and that was fine but when I am not rude at all and I am still being polite through it all for her to just continue to be rude the whole time and still give me some chicken nuggets that were sitting there mind you there was no rush no one there at this time. Coming from a previous manager myself that was very poorly handled. Where is your customer service skills? Why would you not ask your team to drop me a fresh 10 piece nugget for the hassle of having to drive all the way back for a 10 piece like lady do you think I woulda wasted my own time and my gas with it being $3.50 a gallon if I was lying? I wasn’t seeking free food or a credit order. I even brought back your nasty nuggets. Today on 8/23/2022 I visited this McDonald, i gave a one star today not because of the service but cause of a person, a person that seem to be another customer And oh yes she was a Customer alright, she bothered an army man first before strolling over and sitting down at the table with me and my mother, started talking and then started asking for our food, first a bun then the fries, and then she even started eating what was left of our sandwiches after that she took our cups that had water in them as our drinks and drink them. What is even worst is asking me if i had a girlfriend,why would i want someone like that? and im sure any man wouldn't want this thing, yes a thing! Here is her name and account to watch out for. Never go here again. I ordered my food paid for it didn’t get a receipt got my order realized she misses a sausage McGriddle manager finds my receipt said honey you only ordered one McGriddle I said well I told her 2 she said I will have to go all the way back in line to order another one. And I still didn’t get my receipt . I don’t know why I would be treated like I’m lying about a 1 dollar McGriddle. I never have any problems with McDonald’s until now. They were very rude.
