My Sugar's Donut Shopp — Restaurant in West Valley City

I've never actually ordered any donuts from this place, so I can't leave an honest review of the products other than to say that they looked dry. I walked into the store after being disappointed by dunkin donuts, only to leave even more disappointed after walking into this place. It was around 11:00 AM, and there were maybe six donuts in a case that looked like it could've housed 50+ donuts. The shop itself looked unkept, and there wasn't a single staff member up front when I walked in. After about thirty seconds, this guy came out from the back with an earbud in his ear and told me that there weren't any other donuts available at the time. I was very put off by this experience. We used to come here a couple years back to buy the powdered sugar long johns. We went last week around 8AM. We got there and noticed it seemed very empty. I asked if there were any powdered sugar long johns in the making and he rudely replied and said No what we have is what we sell today. I replied asking Him what time do you guys normally sell out of those powdered sugar long johns? and he's like "in the morning" mind you it's MORNING time. If you're only going to make one batch and stop making donuts you might as well just have pop up sales. I just called this morning to try again and the guy on the phone was flat out rude! He needs to learn how to talk to Customers. Definitely gonna stop giving this place my time and money!...

I don't even want to tell you about My Sugar's Donuts. Only because I love how there's rarely more than 1 person in front of you when you go here. It's the kind of family owned business that has great consistency without sacrificing quality. Their doughnuts are better than Banbury Cross's and give Darla's Doughnuts a run for their money!

My favorite doughnut at My Sugar's is the chocolate glazed chocolate cake doughnut... that alone is worth the trip but a dozen assorted, will cost you around $19 if they choose and priced indivudually by the doughnut if you pick them out...
