I stumbled across it on FB someone kept posting how delicious it is + it's a local shop. I'm all about supporting Local Mom&Pop/Family Owned Businesses - so it was only a matter of time before I came in.

But with me attempting my weight loss journey for the millionth time, I figured let me go get a healthy, protein packed+post workout shake & let me tell you - I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE!

COUNTLESS OPTIONS, ALL HEALTHY & I tried the Green Monster + added post workout & my sister got the ACAI BOWL with strawberries and bananas & she is beyond happy with it! We have found our NEW FOUND & FAVORITE HEALTHY NUTRITION SPOT!

When we walked in the lady was very friendly and eager to suggest any of the drinks and explain what was in them. Come to find out she is the owner of the shop and her son helped with creating the drinks that can be diabetic friendly. I bought the delicious cucumber refresher (have aloe for digestion/which is great for you know what) and my sister got the tropical punch (energy) for the boyfriend and the fruity pebble (great meal replacement) for herself, which has vitamins and minerals You get what you pay for and is well worth your dime. Especially when you understand what quality and time they are putting into every sip The establishment it’s self was well maintained and super cute set up We felt full and well satisfied after finishing our drinks today! Will be going for waffles...
