Super clean will go back for sure... could you name every time I go back to this place I see really clean and detailed I like to drive even the 20 minutes it takes me from Salt Lake City just so I could come to a clean laundry but I have noticed there's a lot of people that treat the lady that cleans their what disrespect like if she's a maid like she has to serve them hand in mouth. It couple weeks ago I watched a lady mistreating her she was cleaning the drinking fountain where this lady had dumped coffee she put her through a lot I could see the lady couldn't take it she was crying and all she did was tell the lady to leave her alone the lady said she would give this place a bad review and I say go and read through the reviews I see she did well let me tell you about this place it's the cleanest place I have seen in a long time I move around from state-to-state when I drive and all I see what this lady every time I come around and she is nothing but Pleasant. She is always helping somebody and trying to make their day. Anyways this place is always clean the machines work and they're cheaper than other places I've been to big machines fast drying time and always a smiling face when I walk in thank you for making this Place...

Quite honestly, not even one star is worth it. The washer that I used didn’t work correctly because I put my Downy in when the cycle started. It never went down and I asked her why it didn’t go down. She said that I had put the soap in there which I did not somebody Put scent beads which prevented from working correctly Downy and when I told her one am I supposed to do she offered me no remedies said there was nothing that she could do called the office. They said that they would call me back. I’ve been waiting for over an hour. Nobody has called me back then I put my clothes into the dryer the huge 75 pound dryer, put seven towels into a 75 pound dryer put one didn’t dry even one of my towels a little bit nothing and then she said it was because there was too many towels. No that dryer is for 75 pounds. It should have dried every one of my towels I’m just so frustrated. This is the worst worker I have ever seen..I put 20 minutes on the dryer which is what I always do and they dry. The door was cold to the touch which means the dryer never heated up. Had a problem with washer and was overcharged. Employee gave me the numbers off the NORTH door, so look for the numbers there. Owner is taking care of issue. I appreciate the response, very professional and willing to help.

I know you don't want a lot of phone calls but website needs updated with your numbers, and posted at both doors. I didn't expect immediate resolution but would have been nice to avoid the frustration of thinking I didn't have anyway to talk to someone. I visited the laundromat 5 times before I caught the kind gentlemen there that was able to show me the phone numbers.

We use the laundromat for all out big quilts, comforters, over-sized sleeping bags etc. I believe it is now under new ownership, but all the equipment is brand new and has always been clean even before new equipment. Card or change, card is much more convenient and faster than plugging in 32 quarters on the HUGE machine.
