I shop in a lot of different autozones, but I try to mostly shop in this store because it's the closest to my home. I have gone in there hundreds of times and I always ask my self why I keep doing that to my self. So now I always find my self driving to a further autozone to avoid the staff at this location. The staff is unprofessional, maybe due a little to the fact that this autozone is hectic always busy and seemingly under staffed. For some reason the black guy at this store acts like you owe him something, just rude, sarcastic, a little unprofessional for someone who works customer service. I usually like to use my military discount but not when he is on the register, he acts like saving a customer 10 percent it's such a hassle and it takes an act of God to accomplish. I called to price check on a part I recognized his voice, he politely told me he was placing me on hold.... After being on hold for minutes my call just all of sudden got disconnected, so I called again and it sounded like the phone got picked up and hunged up twice. The staff just all around unprofessional. It seems like they just hired a new manager so they might turn it around, in the meantime I'll shop at O'reillys next door now that...
Read moreI took my AutoZone battery to be warrantied and they said it had to be charged and tested first which is completely understandable. The problem is they took my phone number and sent me on my way, after not hearing back from them all day I went back at 6:45pm. They told me the battery charged up and tested good so I headed home and reinstalled the battery. After reinstalling the battery it was completely dead, my voltage meter showed .93 volts. I went right back to the store at 7:08pm to find they had already locked up and went home even know they show being open until 10pm. I'm guessing they didn't have time to deal with my battery so they just gave it back to me not wanting to help me process the warranty right before they headed home. Real good customer service leaving me stranded all weekend, this will be the last purchase I ever make...
