I can't believe I'm even giving this place ONE star!! I'll admit that I don't typically like BK, but my son requested it for his birthday, so I gave in. I do usually like the rodeo burgers, so I just ordered that and some pickle fries. My kids and their dad ordered whopper jrs, fries, mozzarella fries, and chicken nuggets. I placed the order via the app. Sat at the drive thru window for 3-4 minutes and was told they were out of pickle fries. I wanted a refund of the price of the pickle fries but was told they weren't able to do a partial refund since I had paid through the app, so I HAD to get either mozzarella fries or chicken fries instead. I opted for the mozzarella fries, but reluctantly. They asked us to pull around to the parking lot and they'd bring our food. We waited almost 12 minutes AND everything was cold, had been sitting out ALL day. Why did I wait so long when NOTHING was fresh? I also had to go back inside when they forgot one order of nuggets and a large fry and I was treated like I was the problem because THEY forgot my food. They threw the items in a bag and tossed it on the counter. We got home and started opening our food. Burgers were rubbery, like they had sat all day. Mozzarella sticks were literally shoved into the box and mashed together like a ball AND there were hairs on two different pieces. The tomatoes and lettuce on the burgers were wilted and slimy. We paid $31 for our order and threw every single bit of it in the trash!! This place reminded me why I don't eat Burger King and from now on, if my children HAVE to have it, we will make the drive to a different location. This place was absolutely AWFUL!! And reading all the other reviews, I'm confused as to why Burger King wouldn't address the issues. I've seen nothing but bad reviews of this location, and trust me, they are VALID!! Do NOT waste your...
Read moreRated 1 star just to make sure this review was seen. They don't deserve THAT. Worst service I've ever received in my entire life. Teresa had an attitude the entire time after I asked her to give me just a moment to let me daughter look at the menu to see what she wanted. I was the only one in the store. So I wasn't holding anyone up. She didn't even hand my food to me. Slammed my cups down when I asked for them. My whopper was cold. When I brought it back up, she snatched it, put it in the microwave and handed it back to me at which point it was too hot to even touch. I'm completely shocked honestly at the lack of professionalism. I almost never leave bad reviews, just choose to not return but THIS was awful. They aren't usually very helpful or kind, but today was just the end of the rope for me. There was a customer in drive thru complaining at the window and the cashier just continued to yell for her to leave and not come back "or else". Someone really needs to get these people in check. Not a way to run a business at all! I'll continue making the drive to Inwood for a...
Read moreTake a look at the other reviews about the rude staff and it’ll tell you all you need to know. I made a mistake listening to my brother’s advice earlier today about the phenomenal fresh food he got here earlier, so I decided to drive here from Martinsburg. To the unprofessional, disgrace of a manager working on 9/17/24 around 5:05pm- you should not have a job for the way you treat people. I placed a mobile order online, the lady kept confusing it with another order, then began speaking to me with a nasty tone. She then had me pull around to shove a receipt in my face and ball her fist up like she was going to put her hands on me. Offered no resolution to how I can receive my food. I asked one of the other employees if they could help me and was told “do I not think they receive training on how to locate mobile orders? Just leave.” I have never ever been treated this way! I didn’t cuss, I didn’t yell, I am appalled they employ people like this. I would be happy to submit dash cam footage of this whole interaction because nobody, especially a manager, should treat...
