Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in West Virginia

This place needs shut down immediately! Do not go here and reading the comments everything horrible about this place is true, I ordered 4 tenders and fries I asked could they please make sure my fries where hot they failed to do that so i asked for fresh fries and the manger Noah argued with me stating they just came up and i respectfully told him they could not have because how cold they’re he finally says just pull up they’ll bring them out I was respectful and professional the whole time, i waited for my fries to come out i try the tender and the feel of them was like they came out of a freezer i thought it might have been the sauce so i broke a tiny piece off and the wear meat wasn’t even white so i potentially asked for a refund Noah takes the bag and then opens the window up to say he could not refund me for eating half the food I began to say I broke off a little piece that is not eating nothing at all how could have I eaten any of it the food was so disgusting and cold o wouldn’t give it to my dog and he still refused to give me my money back and shut the window and my face and walked away i would starve first before I ever come back here Noah doesn’t want a check at all how nasty he is as human cooperate needs to be called ASAP there’s just no way this place should...

My family and I stopped for ice cream on our way home from Hershey Park. There were about 5 people “working”but there was not much happening with the exception of Cami. Cami was running around doing EVERYTHING while the other workers seemed utterly useless. We overheard her asking one of the other employees coming over to the counter to take an order so that she can answer the phone that was ringing. Meanwhile another worker made our blizzards. She flipped my husband’s soft blizzard for a split second but did not flip mine which was incredibly runny and liquid. I suppose that she could tell by my look that I was not happy with that (also I thought it was policy to flip it but I suppose you can’t flip a runny blizzard) She attempted to make a new one when Cami jumped in and remade it perfectly sturdy and looking the way that we are used to seeing Blizzards look. The reason I am reaching out is because Cami was the only hard working person in the store and she seems to be doing the workload of 5 people. She is a super star and deserves recognition. I will never give this dairy queen my business again. i ordered a mother’s day cake last week(chocolate peanut butter blizzard cake) and got called the morning of saying it wouldn’t be ready until later than i had planned. i switched to a regular ice cream cake and asked for “happy mother’s day” to be written on it. i go in, pay for a larger cake than expected, then refunded for the amount of the smaller cake. when i was given my cake i was severely taken aback and i was absolutely speechless. it looked like a child had written “happy mother’s day” on it. i had to go to walmart and purchase separate items to attempt to fix it. i didn’t say anything at the moment i received my cake because i was so livid i had to bite my tongue. when i got home, my dad called, complained, and then the lady on the phone said that i said that it was ok. i didn’t, the other lady purchasing a cake said that. i dont appreciate the staff member being as rude as they were on the phone. i called ahead for the purpose of having a nice cake made for my mother, not for them to throw it together last minute and actually sell me a cake that could have been much better...
