I have been eating at this chick fil since 1980s today I was more disappointed than I have ever been in my now 45 years of life. I went before work to get my so called free nuggets or sandwich for nurses when I was told because it was still breakfast that I could not get my free item. How disgusting on my way to work a 12 hour shift thst I didn't want to be late for that I was DENIED my free item.can someone explain the difference in nugget minis and nuggets well if it was the tiny biscuits they could have kept them . I get to work and all of our ER staff is refused free items by chick fil et... we asked if we could call orders in and send our badges with one person to pick it up. Ah obviously we can't all leave the er for an item. So now chick fil et corporations you no longer stand out for your customer service as you once did. What is the big decline in your people pleasing skills? No one was out to steal anything from your rich company. I am disappointed and can go to all the other chains that treat customers like a nobody since chick fil et doesn't do any better service, why bother going. However, every time we come to Mercer Mall we go to Chick-fil-A with the hope of the same expectations as other locations. When eating at this chain it takes a good while to get our food. This past visit took around 15 to 20 minutes for a simple order although this could be due to staffing issues. After waiting for the order, getting the order, and sitting down. My sandwich is a Number 2 (Spicy Chicken Sandwich/Non-Deluxe) came out semi-warm and tasted burned. The taste I have known and loved wasn't there. It wasn't fresh, it was refreshing, it was Wendy's like quality (I hate to say). Furthermore, not to sound like a SpongeBob episode. But the sandwich was missing pickles. Read moreWe ordered through the app and went to do curbside pickup for the first time. When we started to eat, there were several issues. The weirdest/worst was one of the sandwiches had no top bun! There were no napkins, no forks for the Mac n chz and 2 Mayos for the 5 sandwiches that we ordered mayo on all (should have been 5 Mayos and it clearly said that on the receipt). We didn't check at the pickup area because out of all of the times we've been to Chick-fil-A (from coast to coast) we've NEVER had an issue. I called but no one answered the phone so I left a message asking for a call back but that was almost 2 weeks ago! Clearly, this location could use some more help and possibly better training?
