My initial review of Marcos was awesome. I got some good food from them and of course the speedy service was great. But the quality of my orders have went down twice in a row now my order was wrong or incorrectly cooked. Today I ordered a 12ins Italian sub minus the onion add green olives minus the ham add bacon with light mayo and no sub dressing what I got was salami bacon and cheese no tomato no banana pepper and no green olives. I was going to call and have them fix my order but after last time and the dough not being completely cooked. I feel that it was probably a retaliation for me calling them out on setting up my order last time. I'm very disappointed in the lack of quality that I initially received from Marcos. I made sure to add this on the already existing review that I have left for Marcos. In order to show that I'm normally very proud of the product that I receive. Hopefully we can make this go away with better practices by following simple instructions from the order, on previous term making sure it's cooked all the way through. I will not be ordering from Marcos for some time in fear of suffering from retaliation yet again because someone can't follow directions.
So, I have been using PaPa John's for about a year now; paying crazy prices and getting shiped on with my order and even had a driver cuss at me because my $6 tip on a $13 order was not enough for him. I was told since it was so close to them closing they could not send a replacement order out and she offered to apply a credit. Read moreWe always order from Marcos but they get 5 stars for their customer service. They botched one of our pizzas one evening, no big deal, it happens. I called in and told them they goofed and just asked if they would care to give me a $5 refund for the toppings that we didn’t get. He offered to make a new pizza and deliver it out but it wasn’t such a bad mistake that it was inedible, the pizza was still good. Instead of $5 they refunded THE ENTIRE order and apologized and hoped that we would come back. That was never in jeopardy, regardless, but It’ll be highly unlikely that i order from anyone else BUT Marcos after this....
