Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in West Virginia

My father-in-law called and ordered 3 unlimited medium 1 topping pizzas for 6.99 each as advertised. And a pepperoni bread that is 5.99. The MANAGER Samantha told us the total it was 41 and some change which wasn't right. So we asked her if all the pizzas were marked 6.99 and she said yes that was just the “taxes”. I go to get the pizzas the man up front didn't even know the menu called the manager over she said that it was right and wanted to know the reason she was called over and she ended up walking way! After 10 minutes of trying to explain that it wasn't right she finally fixed it. 10/10 will not go again. Management is rude and disrespectful and talks to you like you are stupid. They argue about fixing something they messed up and the staff don't even...

We were so excited when we found out they were putting in a Marco's close to us. We always ate it when we were out of town. Since they opened we ordered from them without an issue. We are slightly outside the delivery zone but they always delivered to us no problem and we always tipped very well for that. We ordered from then quite often but the last time we ordered from them they called us and said the driver refused to deliver to us. It was quite a disappointment, especially because they had already cooked the food.

I still love their pizza and will miss it but I'm just really disappointed by our last...

I'm a dasher and I just had an order to pick up from this store. As I walked in, they greeted me, I told them why I was there, and they seemed to ignore me. I could see the order I was picking up sitting not five feet from the employee who greeted me. No one helped me until the delivery driver came back inside from another order and finally after a few minutes, they asked him to help me. Then, come to find out, the customer I delivered to had a coupon she was trying to use, and they told her to give the coupon to me, the driver ... Really? This is the best hurricane Marcos...
