Mercato — Restaurant in West Virginia

Waited 20 minutes for food. Sat at a table and watched up to 10 people order after me and get their food. When I went up to check on the status of my food, (once they were done talking with the other worker) walked slowly over to the food warmer to pull out the food and put them in the bag. Why did it take so long to get the food?? The garlic knots and pepperoni bombs were hard as a rock. I couldn't eat them at all. Food isn't cheap here and if I'm going to spend my money, at least let me be able to...
