DO NOT GO HERE! READ UNTIL THE END.
I wasn't even going to write a review, but this went too far. We were celebrating Mother's day out at 9 Dragons since we usually have a great experience there. This time, not the case. First red flag: The bartender gave us the wrong drinks. The drink they gave us tasted like a mixture of beer and cider together. Tasted so bad. Second red flag: My food genuinely did not taste good. I was trying to push through because it was mother's day and I was not trying to make a fuss. But man, it was bad. Third HUGE red flag: I found plastic in my food. It looked like a small roll of plastic, kind of like the plastic you see wrapped on bottles. I actually found more while I waited for the waitress. I let her know that there was plastic in my food, and she told us she'll go get her manager and that they will probably come out to talk to us. We wait, and the waitress comes back. She has a message from the manager saying that they'll comp my food. She asks if I want a box for the food that had the plastic in it. I tell her no, because I don't know how much plastic is in it still. I then ask her if I could get a new meal since I haven't even finished my food and I just wanted to eat something. She seemed unsure, but she eventually says that's okay. AT THIS POINT: I was not going to write a review. It wasn't the waitress' fault, and I wasn't mad enough to go this far. But this is what made me angry. I became violently ill that night. I vomited 3 times the night before, and still feel horrid the next morning. Haven't been able to eat properly since. After this experience, I truly don't think I can go back. If you have read this far, please think about the risk of going to this restaurant and whether you're comfortable with potentially having this experience...

Went tonight for dinner, and the food was mainly delicious. But at few issues.
The steamed dumplings were chewy and dried out on the edges, almost rubbery. But my meal was main dish was divine. I got the Mongolian beef, the beef was super tender and truly perfect.
My son had the General so chicken. I tried a bite, I thought the chicken was a tad dried but he loved it and said probably best he had......until 3/4 the way thru when he took a bite and his face went blank and I could tell whatever was in his mouth was not good. He ended up having to spit it out while trying to hold back the heaves.
We did let the waitress know and she was really sweet but said..."sorry we clean the bins every week but sometimes we may miss a piece of chicken. It's pretty typical for Chinese places". Uck!!!!! Not what I wanted to hear.
My son and I tried to laugh it off he was still fighting a heave on occasion. He got a to go box but confessed later he was too nervous to take another bite. That he was Chinese food traumatized. Lol
I did get a piece of coconut cake for dessert and it was fresh and soft, light frosting with shredded coconut.
I did also get a To-go meal for my husband and was shocked to see they charge you a fee for to go. What????
That's is ridiculous especially since I was dining in there.
Someone please explain what the point of this is other than a $2 profit.
Just went on July 7, 2024 and had an amazing waitress. I had the beef lomein and it was delicious.
Mongolian beef was fresh and tasty. A little heavy on oil for both my meal and my hubby. Dumplings were nice, but plating was basic dumplings...

This was our first visit to 9 Dragon - the atmosphere was very pleasant , there was no wait & no reservation Needed . We were seated within 3-5 minutes . It was a first time experience so we were inquisitive as to the little tea kettle they brought out , our server Jini , appeared to be caught off guard when we asked questions about the tea - even “after” advising her that this was our first time there. We’re from Louisiana. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken extra spicy , my daughter ordered Kung Pao Chicken regular substitute Broccoli for peanuts due to allergy . Her order came out with Broccoli NO peanuts which was perfect mines came out NO peanuts & Not spicy at all. So when we addressed Joni that it was incorrect ; again she seemed to be irritated - I’m not sure if it was b/c we initially were seated upfront & asked to be moved to the back & she wasn’t wanting any more guests . The food taste & quality was good . At the end it appeared Jini may have just had a long shift & it was ending but overall she was a good server - just know that her irritation shows to...
