Jefferson Crossing — Local services in Charles Town

We ordered for grocery delivery (6th time) - each time it was late or missing 30% of what we ordered. This time, we received a status of “delivered” but no groceries arrived (window between 5pm and 6pm). We called and were bounced between Martins Direct and Martins customer service since 6pm. Each one said the other was responsible and no one could issue a refund. The last phone call I made to Martins to get a manager at 843pm “Christina” said “it’s a shame you didn’t call earlier, there’s nothing we can do and only insta cart can issue your refund” I said “we have called since 6pm and keep getting bounced around with no solution- would you please issue us a refund? We are not in privity of contract with the delivery person. “ she said there was nothing they could do (asked me to spell my name 3 times). Will be calling our credit card company and writing to The Giant Comoany headquarters. Will start shopping at WEIS-Brunswick or Wegmans. Worst - customer service response- ever. And this includes a United airlines which is abysmal. Won’t shop at...

We arrived after 4 am & several route detours. The Front Desk could not have been more kind & accommodating. As the AM Breakfast staff was already setting the Buffet, they generously offered us an early breakfast (which we declined), and allowed us to utilize their large ice bin to refill our cooler. After a granting us a welcomed late check out, we were greeted by more warmth from the Front Desk upon checking out. We booked this Hotel in the mistaken belief that its location was directly off I-81 - & the Hamptons we usually occupy. We were NOT happy for the 14 min "detour". This is a large mall located in West Virginia, right off of 81. There are a lot of stores in this mall, and unfortunately I have not been to them all. There are also quite a few eating places in there. I've been in a couple of the stores and they were nice. It can be a little confusing once you get in the mall, or at least it was for me. I'm not good at directions or where I'm going. They have a Golden Coral there which is a plus in my book. It's a nice...
