Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Virginia

Ordered 2 pizzas online, was given a pickup time of 45 minutes by the system which is long but I figured they were busy because it's Tuesday, Personal Pan pizzas for $2. I waited over an hour before driving to pickup the pizzas. I got there, nobody asking me if I needed help. A long line of people picking up and some who hadn't ordered yet. Once I was able to ask someone, if my pizza was ready, he said they were 2-2/12 hours behind. I said how far down am I on the list of orders and he said 3 orders from the top. My name wasn't even on the monitors above my head. I waited in store for another hour and had seen the guy who was putting pizzas in the box working on two pizzas that looked like it had toppings that I ordered. The pizzas were put in the warmer. There was nobody at the front counter waiting on anyone and several people you could tell were picking up orders from delivery services. The guy who waited on me initially was helping make pizzas and he finally came over when there were like a dozen people standing around who hadn't been waited on yet. I jumped up after a few minutes and I asked if my pizzas were ready because I told him I saw two pizzas being worked on that looked like what I ordered. He went back to the warmer and sure enough, the two pizzas I ordered had been done and sitting in the warmer for at least 30 minutes. When the worker handed me my pizza, not even a "sorry about that"...nothing. Actually, he was looking down and wouldn't make eye contact. This isn't the first time we've had order issues with this location but this was so bad today, that I had to leave a comment. There appeared to be at least 5 employees working so I'm not sure why they were so far behind...on a Tuesday. Also, the person pulling the pizzas out of the oven kept rubbing his nose on the side of his wrist and arm. Plus, it may not be required but the guy had a beard and didn't have anything covering his facial hair, plus the constant rubbing of the nose...I won't be back to this location. No gloves were worn by the one person who was helping make pizza either. I don't recall seeing him wash his hands after just being at the register and sliding over to make pizzas. I had suggested to the person I spoke with initially why don't they have something in place to notify customers how far behind they were so delivery services, and people who ordered online for carry out can plan accordingly? Again, a blank stare...

“Stefanie” the so called general manager as well as regional manager is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She not only ignored the fact that one of “her employees” hung up the phone on the customer she then hung up the phone 2 different times on the customer. There’s no way she’s a manager. NO manager I’ve seen in my life would treat or speak to a customer the way she did. The customer was on speaker the whole time and she claimed he cursed at her which was 100% a LIE. She’s a TERRIBLE manager if that’s what she even is. Absolutely horrific customer service. Pizza Hut in cross lanes is SLOW and unprofessional. And good for getting orders wrong. For TEN dollars they have lost a family of 6 FOREVER. I’d rather have papa johns, dominos, lil Caesar’s, hussons, or ginos anyway! My order was wrong didn't realize it til I got home we ate it anyway! I waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. One car sat at the window far too long they should have been asked to move and they would bring the order out. But no they let the drive thru back up I along with 4 others got tired of waiting and went in to pick up. My order was pan super supreme. I got a regular pizza no black olives replaced with banana peppers. The lady that came in behind me was very upset as was I. We didn't even get an apology for our wait. My pizza was barely warm which told me it had been ready for sometime. The waiting in line happened to me once before I was told it was doordash. Go figure since when can they hold the line for at least 15 minutes while others wait for the pizza they ordered and was there in the time alotted. Looks like Patrik Street will gain a...
