It was not working properly. I had to start taking the car to get to work again to get the job done. Decide to return it. The cashier was wanting to charge me a restocking fee because I did not want to replace it. I was just wanting my money back because I have bought air tools from this company And majority of the time they’re defective tools. So after a bickering with the cashier, I asked for a manager and she was no help either She told me there was a 20% Restocking fee, I explained to the woman that the item was defective in a 1/4 inch Pop rivet I was using was still stuck in the gun I said that to the manager and the cashier They still insist of the 20% restocking fee as they showed it on my receipt This is Harbor freight ripping off the consumers they know their products or junk And they’re pushing it on to consumers to purchase their products that they know majority of their stuff is garbage specially their air tools Highly recommend buy not Harbor freight tools I hope one day there be a Clash action lawsuit against harbor freight, charging this 20%restocking fee For their garbage tools They are ripping the consumers off Harbor freight used to be a good store to shop for them one time use items that last forever now they’re pushing the garbage to the consumer and ripping the consumer...

Cheap Chinese tools that might last many years or not ever work at all. That's what makes shopping here fun. It's like gambling. The bench vice pictured broke after about a month but only because it was rarely used. Test things well and don't wait a month or more to use them or you'll get stuck with broken useless tools that you can't return. If you go during peak hours you'll have to wait a while to check out. Also be prepared to share your phone number and name with the other 5 people in line because that's the first thing they ask. They'll try to sell you an extended warranty on almost every item you buy which gets old. The staff are clearly on a commission for this because they push it hard. I used to go here to use a 20 percent off coupon I would get about once a month but they changed those coupons to exclude pretty much everything in the store so the coupons are useless but it's all in the fine print. People there are generally nice and helpful when processing...

Everytime my husband and I come to this store for something in their ad, they NEVER have it! If you're going to advertise something for sale or say that it's available, you should be prepared for the sale and keep more in stock. They always say "oh we didnt get any of those in stock, you have to buy online." Or last time we were told they didnt have the sale item but this other similar item that of course was much more expensive and of course they had PLENTY of that item! We've started calling ahead to ask if items are there and even that doesn't fix the problem because when we're told yes they have it, we do the 20 minute drive down there and are told they dont have the item. My husband still comes here because he can trade out his tools with the lifetime warranties but we dont spend our money here anymore! Also staff is not that helpful or that...
