Kroger — Local services in Cross Lanes

I value Kroger, its coupons, and products, but man, this particular store is terrible. First, I feel like Kroger itself is overlooking my whole community. They've had blueprints in the store for a remodel, but tossed them in the trash. While folks in Cross Lanes, WV have had the same store and layout for years and years, we have watched Kroger remodel every store around us. This is probably one of the reasons (maybe the main one) why there always seems to be an atmosphere thick with apathy in the store. One perfect example is the men's public restroom. It is so bad, that I hate finding myself needing to use it while I'm in the store. It's so disgusting. I've contacted Amy, the store manager well over a year ago, but nothing was done about it. Finally, I heard they hired a company to steam clean it after getting threatened by someone that they were going to call the health department on them. That was about a year ago. It was decent for a week or two, but doesn't seem like it's been cleaned since. Amy talked about how one of the most important things Kroger needs to maintain is a store full of stocked shelves. Yet, one can walk through and not only find empty shelves, but product that is long out of date.

Hi, -⭐-⭐-⭐-⭐-⭐-⭐-⭐-⭐-⭐-⭐ Cross Lanes, West Virginia, Kroger's used to be a good place to shop, not any more. The Employee's are Rude and Disrespectful. They Work For Us, We Don't Work For Them. Their Job Is To Please The Customer, Not Bad Mouth Them, If They Want Them To Return. The Customer Is ALWAYS RIGHT. They refuse to reorder and stock, Powdered, Pacific Spice Chai Latte Tea. The liquid junk in the box is nasty, still sitting on the shelf unsold, so is the powdered Vanilla, which is still on the shelf unsold. I'm sure they have it in the stockroom, they're probably lying and saying they're out. That Stock Person Is Quite Mean And Rude. The tag says sorry, we're temporarily, out of this product. Temporarily is a very short period of time, Not Three Months Or More. If I Could Order It On-Line, I would, But I Don't Have A Credit Card. I Would Certainly Appreciate It, if you would send some to the Cross Lanes, Kroger's Store. Not just six cans or so, send one hundred or more, that would be great.
