Worst experience of my life. I placed an order online. I showed up early to pick up thank goodness I did. So I got to watch them make my order. There was 3 associates there. All 3 acted like they was half asleep one had her shirt half up her body and when the other girl was making my subs she reach acrossed my sub and her shirt and chest touched the pepperoni on my sub and one slice slid off. The girl making my subs didn't know what she was doing. First she started making a sub(The Boss) but instead of a footlong she cut 6 inches. I asked about it so she fixed it just to find out she didn't have enough meatball for a footlong. So she put the 3 she had on my sub and let them sit out where Flys where flying everywhere while she went to the back to heat up more. So the meatballs sat out and got cold and dry. Then she didn't nt know what cheese came with the sub and argued with me about it.. she fixed it. The second sub I ordered (Titan Turkey) she started making it with ham. I pointed it out she fixed it. I added bacon to it and just wanted the bacon heated not the sub so while the bacon was cooking she was adding the vegetables to the sandwich. While she was doing this the other workers took out the bacon amd sat it on the counter. She forgot to add the bacon to the sandwich. I told about but she swore that wasnt for my sandwich that she had put my bacon on my sandwich. Went to my car opened up the sub there is no bacon on it. I just went on home cause I didn't want to deal with any of them anymore. I would like to be reimbursed for the bacon I did not get. It took her about 20 minutes to make my 2 subs. I will not be back after this experience and will be telling my friends and family not to go...
   Read moreWorst subway. I’ve been to this location twice. The first time they messed up my sandwhich, I ordered(pick up order) veggie and got an Italian sub. Then yesterday I walked in hoping for a better experience only to not be greeted. And stood in line for ten minuets before making my presence known, they’d looked at me several times and said nothing because they were so consumed with an order they were fulfilling. So while the two employees working only focused on their pick up or call in order, the line got longer and longer and never once did they say hello, welcome to subway, we’ll be right with you, nothing! So after speaking and letting them know of the horrible job they were doing I left. It’s not hard to have good customer service, the very least they could have done was speak to all of the incoming customers and acknowledge us/them. Oh and then while I was leaving the manager or possible owner just sitting on the phone in the lobby talking. Wouldn’t recommend, definitely not...
   Read moreWent inside and saw the line so decided to place my order online not knowing there was only one worker because someone else called off. Was supposed to receive my order at 2:35 p.m. and the app even stated that they had already been making it and it was ready for pickup. Which I did not see that happening and when I asked I was told there was a couple pick up orders but she was going to finish waiting on the customers in line which I was there before the ones that she was getting ready to help and I stated that and she decided it was still worth waiting on them first. So from the time I arrived in the restaurant by the time I finally got my food and it wasn't even done properly it was close to an hour wait. I understand being frustrated because you were stuck working by yourself but ignoring orders and customers and because some people have handicap issues I could not continue to stand that's why I went ahead and placed it online not knowing but I would not...
