GameStop — Local services in Beckley

One of the worst retail experiences of my life. We called ahead to ask if there were Switch 2 bundles available for walkup purchase and were told yes. Arrived at 11:50 for the 12 am launch party. Waited in line until 1:00 am and finally made it inside where we were told that that had already sold out of walkup orders. During the hour and ten minutes that we waited in line it never occurred to them to announce that if you didn't preorder you had no chance of getting a console. I questioned the clerk who didn't offer an apology or show any sign that he cared about our situation but let me know that they had posted a sign of some sort on the door earlier that day.
