While I love Pizza Hut pizza. This location is absolutely awful. I placed an order and the delivery driver (door dash) or Pizza Hut failed to deliver an item I ordered. After days of not hearing from anyone after reaching out to Pizza Hut initially I had to reach out again. When I finally did get a hold of someone I was told they could not refund my card. Let this be your initial warning... they will not refund card payments. They offered me a credit to use at this location only and it would have to be placed over the phone. I was reluctant to do so but I accepted. Then the other day I called in an order for honey BBQ boneless wings using the credit they offered. Attached is a photo of my BBQ wings... as you can see they are absolutely dry with hardly any sauce... may have well have been naked wingsā€¦ My advice is stay away from this one, even if it is at a convenient location. I will never order from this location again.

I paid for it and the pizza was coming out at that time. The gentleman cut the pizza, put it in the box and handed it to me. Delicious! Perfectly cooked and I appreciate the fact that 15 minutes after I ordered it I was already in the vehicle driving home. The gentleman was very friendly and I appreciate the speed and quality of this location.

Last time I ordered there my card was charged too much. When I called they said this happened to someone else a couple of days ago. When I tried to redeem my code on receipt it was already redeemed. I gave the benefit of doubt and ordered again. BIG MISTAKE. My order was incorrect when I called manager Cindy she was very rude and not helpful. When I asked her about my code on my receipt already being redeemed the time before this she said my employees donā€™t have access to that info. Well duh yes they do. Itā€™s on the receipt. This store needs to be audited. I believe there is some sticky fingers in this store. I will use Pizza Hut in Harper road...

Have had multiple bad experiences with this specific store.

I've had my pizza delivered half eaten. (TWICE)

I've had my pizza delivered destroyed. (Like the delivery guy dropped it or something and delivered it anyways...)

I've had my pizza delivered 30-40 minutes late and missing drinks.

It's almost impossible to contact them via phone.

This store is terrible...It use to be decent but now its horrible whatever happened in the past couple years has destroyed the competence of its employees obviously.

Definitely not...
