Subway — Restaurant in West Virginia

My husband and I visited this location yesterday for lunch. We both ordered subs (one with white bread and one with wheat). Both breads were mushy inside. I thought mine was just mushy from the mayonnaise however, my husband's was also mushy and he only had lettuce and cheese on his. Also during our ordering, I witnessed an employee pull a topping off of a lady's sandwich and toss it back into the container. Not a huge deal but after the mushy bread, it makes me question them. What i love most about stopping in here today was that I was greeted with the best customer service that I have had in a long while. The 2 workers took care of me in no time. Rude staff. They close at 10 but they have attitude about making sandwiches . They overcharged me and wouldn’t refund .
