I come here frequently both as a customer and as a dasher for Door dash.
As a customer: This place always delivers quality food and service. The staff is always polite and attentive, the store is always clean and welcoming. I usually visit when manager Brandon is working and he always has answers to my frequent questions regarding new and promotional items from the menu. I've even developed new favorites because of the suggestions from crew members and Brandon. 10/10 on everything.
As a Dasher: Same as above. Everything is always handled professionally, food is always fresh for customers and is neatly bagged and sealed with the crew and manager always double checking the orders before I deliver them to the customers. If, and this is rare, there is a wait on an order, they communicate very well which allows me to communicate with the customer. Honestly one of my favorite places to accept orders from because of the promptness, accuracy and communication.
This team deserves an award for the excellent service they provide to anyone and everyone, whether they're ordering for dine in, take out, drive thru, or assembling orders to be delivered.
Would confidently say that this is the BEST location I've ever dined at or delivered for as far as local Wendy's.
If you have any issues, rest assured they will politely and expeditiously correct any problem or mistake.

Read moreWe pulled into Wendy's at 9:44pm on 12/13. The line was long in the drive thru. As I attempted to go inside, a gentleman came & locked the door. So we stayed in the drive thru, 4 cars ahead of us waiting to order and probably just as many behind. At 10pm we finally get to the intercom to order where we were greeted with "I'll be with you in a minute" we watched as the cars behind us pulled away. No cars in front of us as they had been served. And THE ONLY reason we waited that long is because my kid was hungry & specifically asked for Wendy's. Well they never took our order. Said "I'll be with you in a minute", TWICE! So at that point we left. As we drive by the window there's 2 guys standing there talking. 3 cars in the lot. I proceed to call to complain where I'm told they were counting down a till because it was someone's end of shift and there was only 2 people there. I worked decades in retail, & you can count down a till in less than 2 minutes. It was like this guy wanted everyone to leave. When I called he said "swing back around and we'll take care of you" I declined. But what didn't make sense was if there were only 2 of you there, 1 was off shift, you're open till 12am, does that mean that Wendy's had 1 person on staff by themselves? I highly doubt it. Read moreWhen this location first opened they were great! Great food, great service, clean environment. However, in the last 6 months to a year, it's all downhill. Every time I go I'm met with disgruntled employees but today took the cake. We walked in and tried to order at the Kisok by the door. Got all the way to the end and it wouldn't submit the order. So we walked up front to order. Two employees standing there talking. Look at us, don't acknowledge and keep chatting. I mentioned that the kisok won't work. Still nothing. Finally the lady looks at at us and says it'll be a few minutes. So I ask if they're having technical problems. She says no, but the person running registers is outside. So, you can't take our order? Apparently not. As we left the manager appeared to be outside in a heated discussion with someone and the employees inside were completely checked our inside.
