Messy's Cafe — Restaurant in West Warwick

This review is LONG overdue. We have been coming to Messy’s for years now. Now the food here is absolutely amazing, but I first need to talk about the service. Sarah is probably the hardest working person I have ever seen! She knows everyone’s names, orders, who you usually visit the restaurant with, etc. We recently had a child and she is so sweet towards him as well! I can’t say enough nice things about her!

Now back to the food. Our family just can’t quit the breakfast bowls. I love the Buffalo veggie bowl and add chicken. My husband and the rest of my family are Rancher bowl enthusiasts. The potatoes are always crispy and it’s just the perfect combination or flavors in each bite. Always get a table cinnamon swirl pancake as well! I've had some great food in RI. I was born and raised in that state. I've seen quite a few businesses come and go in that building. But I think Messy's will be there as long as they want it to. The food is phenomenal. We were so super impressed. And the husband/wife duo completes their restaurant. Super nice people. Super friendly. And man, can he cook!! I absolutely love Messy's cafe and their employees! It's a family-run business with excellent breakfast, coffee, and raspberry-filled shortbread cookies (the baked goods are all delicious, but sound-bite here for my favorite). I am a breakfast-for-lunch kind of person and have only had their Friday pizza special once but it was wicked good! And their lunch items in general look and smell delicious.
