I just want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude to West valley inn for truly saving the day and going above and beyond for me during a very stressful moment. Last weekend was my baby shower, and just an hour before the event was set to begin, my fiancé reminded me to call and confirm the catering order we had placed with another company and to my shock, when I called, they had no record of our order being scheduled for that day — due to a mix-up and some classic "mom-to-be baby brain," it had been booked for a different date. I was in full panic, especially with nearly 80 guests on the way. In desperation, I called West valley inn and spoke the owner, Jeff. I explained the whole situation, and without hesitation, he told me, “we can make it work.” I can’t even begin to describe the wave of relief i felt in that moment. Within the hour, yes, within just one hour, Jeff and his incredible team pulled together a full spread to feed our entire guest list. Not only was the food ready in record time, but it was also absolutely delicious. My whole family raved about it. The quality, flavor, and professionalism were all top-tier. Jeff, you were a lifesaver and you turned a near disaster into one of the most special and memorable days of my life. My recent visit to West Valley Soup & Sauce was absolutely delightful! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting Christmas themed atmosphere. The restaurant was spotless and organized, creating a calm and comfortable space.

The friendly staff at West Valley Soup & Sauce truly enhanced my experience. They were welcoming and knowledgeable, offering recommendations and answering all of my questions I had about the menu. Their genuine enthusiasm for the food was contagious.

The food is simply outstanding. Everything including the wine chicken, which was a flavorful and comforting delight.

West Valley Soup is simply rich and savory, and the chicken was perfectly cooked and tender. Each spoonful was a burst of ingredients.

Of course you have to try their famous sauce. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! This sauce is truly a masterpiece - thick, rich, and bursting with flavor.

The delicious food, friendly service, and clean atmosphere all combined to create a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend, to anyone looking for a delicious and enjoyable meal.

I had a reservation made for the 25th for my daughter's graduation and birthday. We had twenty people going, and I was just told today that they were closing for the weekend of memorial day. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely rude, saying, what do you want me to do? You can talk about the online. I said I had a reservation for 20 people. Then he tried to tell me, oh no, your reservation was for the 18th. I said, no, it wasn't I know when I made my reservation.We will never be there again.They are nothing like their parents. Very sad, gotta make sure if you have a reservation. If you double check, I checked two weeks ago, and they said, everything was fine and then if it wasn't for my sister, read something about them, closing our memorial day and it just made me question and again, I would have never known they said they texted me.
