Arby's — Restaurant in Westfield Township

Went to this establishment and waited in line at the drive thru for 4 minutes, one car in front of me. Finally had to back up, walk in, only to find ALL the workers except the cook, standing around talking. Girl that waited on me gave me nothing but attitude and when I asked if the drive thru was open because we had been waiting with no help, the girl SCREAMED from behind a wall, "AND IT WASNT 5 MINUTES"...and since I was literally the only customer in the building I asked if whoever said that was talking to me...the girl wouldn't show her face to me. She hid behind the wall but was definitely the one running drive thru. Manager was a young guy that had literally nothing to say. When I was contacted by whom I assume is general manager over this particular store reaches out to me and assures me I would receive coupons or something to that effect and profusely apologized for their behavior and still have yet to get anything from them. Poor management poor customer service and...

I can’t rate the food because I couldn’t get any. I went there at 8:30pm and I could not get in to get any food. It says online and on the store that hours are 10am until 10pm, which last time I checked 8:30pm is in between those hours. Anyway I double checked the hours, knocked on the door, looked in the windows to see absolutely no one inside the store, yet there were what looked like employees hanging out in the parking lot. Talked to one of the employees at McDonald’s and he said they do that all the time because he tries to go over there for something a little different and can’t get in either. Bad service. Happened to be in the area but wasn't sure what time this location closed. We saw the lights were on si pulsed up to the drive through. The light was on on the menu board and a voice came over the speaker asking how they can help us, go ahead with our order when ready. As soon as they said that, ther light went out on the menu. We started our order but got no response. We sat the for a minute but never got a response of any kind, no saying "we're closed" or anything. I looked up the hours and it did say they closed 10 minutes ago. Ok, that's fine, but you don't leave all the lights on and come over the intercom asking for an order and then just ignore...
