McDonald's has always been a go-to place for me, and the experience at this particular location has been consistently top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

Frustrating visit to say the least. With a 40 minute wait inside, we were greeted with constant apologies for the wait. No big deal, we understand (although I think 40 minutes is a bit ridiculous) . We finally got our food after several other angry customers complain about the wait as well. We received our food and some people in my family are a bit picky about what they want on their wraps and I asked for 2 of the ranch wraps and 2 of the spicy wraps with no lettuce for my family and then I got 2 wraps of each for myself (meals as fries were included). When we received it at first fries were disgustingly cold (for a 40 minute wait inside kinda was hoping to have lukewarm a fries at least) wit1 of my normal wraps missing and one of the other no lettuce ones missing. I stand at the counter 5-10 minutes before someone comes to help me which I then tell them I didn’t get those two things while I proceeded to let my family eat. After waiting a few minutes I walk back to find that 2 of the original 3 wraps that had no lettuce on it (MIND YOU - they were marked on the receipt with no lettuce) had lettuce on them. I then proceed to realize that my drink is also wrong which then I walk up and wait another 5-10 minutes waiting for the food with corrections. I walk back again with the supposedly corrected food to find that the wrap STILL HAD LETTUCE. Like I understand sometimes there’s a mistake here and there but this was the 3rd time that I would need to go up to the counter. I was already disappointed and my fries were already like cardboard and my family was practically finish eating that I gave up and had to order new wraps spending 10 more dollars than I originally wanted to. I have been to this McDonald's multiple times, it's the only McDonald's that I go to that every single time I go in there in order hot chocolate. It tastes straight up like warm milk. It's literally white. There's almost no chocolate in there at all. When I finally got fed up after wasting money for The 10th time just to end up throwing my drink away. I went back through and went inside and asked them to remake it because it was just more milk. They added more pumps of the chocolate into it and it was fine. So the next time I went in I asked for an extra pump of chocolate just so it wouldn't taste like warm milk and they charged me extra. But my final straw with this mcdonald's was I just got lunch there about 10 minutes ago with my girlfriend, we went in ordered food and the food was the typical McDonald's quality Aunt. At the end I went up to the counter to ask for a bag So we could take our extra uneaten food home, multiple employees looked at me and just walked away and not a single employee. After standing up at the counter for the better part of 10 minutes came up to ask me if I needed anything or asked me if I had been helped. They all just looked at me and ignored me and walked away. You would think after spending $40 highly processed garbage food that the least they could do is treat you well. I won't be wasting my money...
