Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westfield

I have been coming to this Westfield Dunkin on Southwick Rd since last summer. I always start my day here which means I'm usually there before 7:00 a.m. Back then, things ran nice and smooth and I was always able to get in and out quickly. Unfortunately, over the last several months, the service seems to have gone downhill and takes much longer to actually get your food. This place is always a hit or miss with the coffee, and the employees. I'm happy to report that at the moment, they have a pretty good crew on for most days and nights. This place however does NOT stay open 24/7 and neither does the Shell Gas Station the Dunkin Donuts is in.
