The food is great, but if you order more than 4 menu items there is about a 60% chance that your order will either be incorrect or will be missing items entirely (not just dressings or sides, but entire entrees). I would go somewhere else, but sometimes you're not the one choosing what's for lunch. This has become the "Ole' Unreliable" lunch destination on our lunch list at work, and even the ones who love it know to "not order anything besides a buffalo chicken pita" because they understand the risk. There is no one checking the orders for accuracy and no attention to detail. Getting the order right is just as important as making quality food, and in our case at work it leaves some people without a meal entirely, or wastes a ton of time of time in an attempt to correct it. This is based on almost a hundred orders over the...
Read moreConsistently disappointed. They make mistakes constantly and don’t own up to it. They frequently forget the extra sauces. The owner/manger has yelled at me over the phone when I told them they made my food wrong. This last order is indeed my last. Forgot the marinara and didn’t put any cheese on the steak and cheese wrap; kind of essential. I complained to SLICE (because I wasn’t about to call the restaurant and get berated again) who said they couldn’t do anything until Tuesday when the manager got there. Got an email with the refund and the restaurant gave me a whopping $2 back despite their mess up. With the price increases and poor customer service, I encourage you to go elsewhere. There’s far too many pizza restaurants in this area for you to subject yourself to such poor customer service for...
Read moreNasty!!! Immediately after handling money and her grimy phone, the cashier used her bare hands to pick up my slice and place it in the oven. When I asked if she could wash her hands before handlung my food, she stared blankly at the other guy who told her to wash her hands and put on gloves. She didn't even know where the gloves were and mumbled under her breath that that's how everyone else does it. So then - without washing her hands - she pulls on a glove and still starts handling stuff with the ungloved hand. I just asked for a refund. I said something about it to the guy who did my refund and he acted like it wasn't a big deal because the pizza goes into the oven. Um, yeah, I don't think I want to think about what is being sanitized off my slice in...
