SO, FROM VALLEY PIZZA ON OCT. 31ST, MY GIRLS ORDERED A CHEESEBURGER GRINDER WITH LIGHT MAYO, LETTUCE, TOMATO. THEY GOT EXTRA EXTRA MAYO AND NO TOMATO, AND EXTRA LETTUCE. IT WAS A MAYONNAISE AND LETTUCE GRINDER. BASICALLY. MY STEP DAUGHTER CUT ONE LITTLE PIECE OFF, TOOK ONE LITTLE BITE AND THREW THE REST OUT. THE DRIVER CAME TO GET THE REST OF IT, AND THEY REMADE IT. THEY COULDN'T EAT IT BECAUSE OF HOW MUCH MAYONNAISE WAS ON IT. IT WAS DISGUSTING, THEY SAID. NOW, FRIDAY NIGHT, WE TRIED TO ORDER. THE GUY ON THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT TURAN ( THE OWNER) SAYS IF THE COMPLAINING DOESN'T STOP, HE WON'T TAKE OUR ORDERS ANYMORE???? IS THAT THEIR VERSION OF HOSPITALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION??? WE'VE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT THEIR RESTAURANT FOR YEARS, AND THIS IS THE THANKS WE GET???! THAT'S HOW FOLKS ARE TREATED NOW. OKAY. SO HE DOEN'T CARE BECAUSE HE'S A MILLIONAIRE RIGHT? WELL, SOCIAL MEDIA IS A VERY BIG PLACE. I TOLD HIM I WILL PAY FOR A GOOGLE AD TELLING PEOPLE OUR STORY. PLUS PLATFORMS, COMMUNITY FORUMS, AND WEBSITES I OWN. Placed a very large order for a post Christmas family gathering. First they were adamant they couldn't make a party size pizza with a tomato base on one side and white on the other. Ok no big deal but seems strange to me they don't understand how to make a half and half pizza; you just put the ingredients on one half, but ok we didn't try to ask for any accommodation and just ordered as they preferred. We also needed paper plates and asked if they would be able to provide some because we had too many people to use our regular plates. They asked how many plates we needed and they said ok we'll bring them when we deliver the pizza. When we got the order we realized the driver forgot the plates and we called back immediately hoping they could notify the driver while they were still in the area. They said they were sorry and were sending someone with the plates immediately. We told everyone at the party Valley said the plates were coming and we held off on eating for a while until we realized they lied and were not coming. Eventually we just decided to eat our now cold pizza. If they were too busy to prioritize bringing plates we would have understood and it would not be a big deal at all, but instead they lied. I got a lasagna calzone that was absolutely slammin ! 💯 I added pepper onions and broccoli to it so it came to like thirty bucks but omg it was so good I couldn't even save any. I kept cutting little pieces off the piece I was going to save but ended up facing the whole thing then passed out for 10 hours. Sure it hit me like a brick but Mann was it good. Let me tell you. I eat clean and green most of the time but when I have cravings for greasy pizza 🍕 this is definitely the way to go. Beef and ricotta lasagna inside a calzone . You need to try this. Not something I would get all the time but I had to share how delicious it was. Came with Maranra sauce but it didn't need it. It was perfect just the way it was. 9 out of 10. If it was somewhat healthier I'd rate it 10 of 10 but life is all about compromises . Thanks valley Pizza you got my biz from here on. You won't see me often because I'm more of a fan of thin crust pizza but there's something about the balance of cheese and dough that made it unique in its own respect.
