Burger King — Restaurant in Westlake

I BOUGHT BREAKFAST FROM BURGER KING IN WESTLAKE LA. ON 8/9/18- I purchased Two sausage egg and cheese croissant and two hash browns!! WHEN I PAID AND RECIEVED MY RECIEPT, I asked about how to get to the survey for the free burger, she said the phone number was on the receipt upon rechecking I looked over the front and back and there was no number, so she proceeded to tell me that I would not be able to do the survey, and when I asked why she got an attitude and was rude when the next Words came out of her mouth and the words were , How am I suppose to know all this stupid stuff about a free burger, just pay for them like every one else😡😡

I then returned for two whoppers at about ten thirty pm the same day and was spoken to rudley when I placed my order and then when I went to pay i asked for extra black pepper ,ketchup, and napkins. The window worker also got a very rude attitude that I requested the extras, I apologized for the inconvenience and still received a nasty look with no thank you are come again, OR ANY TYPE OF APOLOGY I STILL DID NOT GET A RECIEPT TO COMPLETE A SURVEY. I TRULEY DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE REASON WAS EITHER TIME FOR THE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR, I HAVE WORKED WITH THE PUBLIC FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH UN-PROFESSIONALISM.

Whopper Not Fresh 2nd time now!

Not worth the time. This is my second time visiting this Burger King in two weeks. I work near by. My 1st visit was during lunch rush around 11:30. Ordered the Bacon King. Looked awesome in the pic. Not mine. Meat wasn't fresh and it was room temp. Ate not even close to half. Threw it away. 2nd visit. My wife and I passed on Sunday at 5pm. Not one person there. I said I didn't want to go but wife likes Burger King so here we go. Actually waited at the window for our meal about 5 min. Wouldn't you think everything was fresh and piping hot? Wrong. I ordered same thing, Bacon King, as soon as I open the package I could tell the meat patties had been sitting in the warmer for a while and ran again through the broiler ( edges are darker than normal and dry looking) exact same as 1st time. Not hot and not juicy. My wife's chicken sandwich, so hot and fresh. It was perfect. My whopper? Not even edible. $6 for just a Burger and twice wasn't worth my time. At least they are consistent, consistently serving garbage. It makes me so upset to get food like this, I think burger king's in south Louisiana don't have high standards. I loved burger king as a child to young adult and know how the food should taste. Now if I end up going, I leave...

The bathrooms were ABSOLUTELY disgusting! The men's bathroom ONLY stall had a pool of urine around the bottom the toilet stall and had poop hand prints all over the toilet paper roll. The women's bathroom was a little better. The toilet paper in the first stall was placed on the floor. The toilet paper in the second stall was covered in blood.

None of the toilet paper rolls were put into the toilet paper holders because an employee said "It will just get used up, so why bother?" My dad and brother walked in and immediately walked out after seeing the men's stall. My mom and I, however, did not have this luxury. My mom was trapped in the stall with the bloody toilet paper, so its understandable why someone wouldn't want to use it. When I asked for new toilet paper roll, one of the female employees argued that my mom didn't need a new one because there was a new one in the first stall. I explained to her that it was on the floor and she rolled her eyes before getting a "new" one for us.

After we saw the conditions of the bathroom, we refused to eat there because we could only imagine what the kitchen looked like and how the food...
