We picked up our mower yesterday from having the hydraulic O ring changed and some belts and spring serviced and the key switch changed out. They had changed the fuel filter which is something we do regularly so I had them take theirs back off because of the expense and the mechanic just stuck the hose back on the old filter not past the hose clamps and so fuel was pouring out on our trailer. The key switch was changed out and they lost 2 screws so a sheet metal self tapping screw was beat partially in on one. So now we have 2 screws that were forced into the plate. The oil was not changed but the oil dip stick was off the holder which was loosened up and was just setting on top of where it goes. The reservoir for the hydraulic oil was completely and totally empty. Took several quarts to fill the lines. Then to top if all off we brought a battery because the mechanic said ours was bad which 2 months ago when I dropped the mower off it was fine but possibly… the mechanic hooked the new battery up and was trying yo start the mower and told us the Solenoid was bad so we were going to need to leave the mower and my husband looked and told him the battery was hooked up to the wrong poles. Today I called and spoke to Mr. David and he said he’s not sure what I wanted but I need to call the better business bureau. This is unbelievable that instead of giving my money back for the hydraulic oil that they did not put in the mower and fixing the messed up key switch plate and paying for the fuel that poured all over the trailer they just don’t know what to tell me and don’t know what I want… poor business very poor business. Will never recommend these guys and will never...
Read moreI would give this a zero star if I could. This business took advantage of a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income. They charged $324 and didn’t even fix his mower. Come to find out there was way too much wrong with it and they never bothered telling him that. He approved 2 hours of labor to look for a wiring issue. He never told them not to fix it. At that time they should have told him that it would take way more than 2 hours to fix it and cost way too much, but no they decided to charge him the 2 hours labor plus a couple parts knowing good and well that they wouldn’t be able to get it running. Then called him and said it’s ready to be picked up. Never said it wasn’t fixed so he paid for it over the phone because he was having a family member pick it up. That is extremely shady and I don’t see how someone can stay in business operating that way. Just beware before you take your mower to...
Read moreThey will sell you a mower in a hurry with a smile and a thank you! However, that's were the trouble starts... The parts department is a total mess starting with the lady that seems to run it. Really for that matter everyone in the store treats you like you owe them something after the sell when you go in for parts. The repair times are a joke for a volume dealer like them. And the lack of proffesionalism displayed by the staff at the parts counter is insulting. They need to smile once in awhile, and say "how can we help you today" instead of "you need something". I expect better in an establishment like this. I love the product lines they sell but refuse to do any more business with them based on the multiple encounters I've had that resulted in frustration. I'm just one person, I didn't buy the biggest mower from them and I don't run a lawn bussiness, however I do expect to be...
