Ordered online when I got there ten minutes after it was supposed to be made it wasn't ready. Took another ten minutes but the young man at the window was very polite so I didn't mind. The front door was locked and I watched several people walk away even though it was after 11 a.m. When I got my food I was informed they had no vinaigrette. I asked to cancel the order and was informed they can't because I paid online. Then I was informed they didn't have the drink I ordered either. After I left I noticed my chips were not in the bag and my salad has no lettuce. I attempted to use the customer service on the website and it offered me two free drinks that expire in a month. That did not fix the problem. I used to love chipotle and would go weekly. I promise I am done. There are too many other options that offer the same with far better service. Read moreI recently visited the Chipotle’s new location in Westlake, Ohio, situated at 25350 Detroit Road. Overall, I had a positive experience with a few minor considerations.
Service and Food Quality: The service was prompt, and the food quality exceeded my expectations. The flavors were delightful, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the preparation.
Seating Space: While the food and service impressed me, I must mention that the inside seating area is not very spacious. If you prefer a more roomy dining experience, consider visiting during off-peak hours or opting for outdoor seating if available.

In summary, if you’re craving Mexican flavors and appreciate good service, this new Chipotle location is...
Read moreGenuinely the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Prices here are more expensive then the one in crocker park and the employees couldn’t give less of a care about their job. If you live closer to this one take the extra five minutes to go to Crocker park. Not to mention the crappy portion sizes left me having going to the McDonald’s next door to have anywhere near a normal size meal. Keep in mind I’m only 160 pounds with a decently low requirement of calories. Some how they also have it complete ready to close which is obvious because all of the chairs are on the tables but some how the inside is still disgusting with food and trash all over. Save your time and money, go anywhere else.We even had some kids come up to us and ask if the chipotle also...
