Burger King — Restaurant in Westland

Hey Westland Burger King, news flash: When you mess up on someone's order, and cause them to have to get out and walk in the store after already waiting in the drive thru for however long, you should compensate them for the inconvenience. At best, you can let them keep the sandwich you messed up on. This is 5-7 extra minutes out my time to wait for a sandwich that I ordered correctly. Also, tell your workers to always change their gloves before getting on the table. I don't know what else you're touching back there. I saw him walking with frozen chicken, then saw him making my sandwich. Not cool. Don't wait until someone gets sick and takes you to court to want to pay attention. Other than that, drive thru guy with the glasses is awesome! He has a very friendly and professional tone that makes the experience that much better. He's the reason this isn't a one star review. Just remember, if you mess up.. YOU MESSED UP. I shouldn't have to be good with a replacement and a "have a nice day". People's time is valuable to them. Giving me an extra fry is like giving me nothing. I have fries already. Who eats just a medium fry by itself anyway? The fries were just fine.. I made no mention of them. It is very slow, that's true, the fries are less to be desirable. But, you've got the best burger in all of fast food and your original chicken sandwich is excellent too. I hate what you've done to your vanilla shakes. I won't buy one there again. Arby's has a GREATLY milkshake. Take a tip from them Sorry, McDonalds STILL has the best French fries. I have found myself in the past buying a whopper from you, fries from MickyD 's and a shake from Arby's. But it's so oooooo much more money and gas so I haven't done that a whole lot. The fact that MickyD give you ANYSIZE drink for a dollar all the time. I'm afread I go there rather than BK. Plus there are more McDonalds right here around me. Wendy's, though, now they just got that new drink machine that you can pick your own drink from tons and even mix them to make your own concoction. My daughters LOVE that! When i go to this bk in the morning saff is great and my breakfast is always freshly made come in the afternoon evening time i think am i at the same burger king i went to in the am time.... Buck up staff in the afternnon and evenings i will go to wendys but my experience in the morning is a great experience in and out through the drive-thru and an out in the lobby I just don't understand the thing that cost the least of Burger King's budget is there lettuce and always when I come here there is three or four pieces of lettuce or that is the most wasted food that Burger King at any restaurant carries stop being so stingy and cheap with lettuce everytime I come in the morning or I have great staff waiting on me and great food afternoon and p.m. staff terrible managers get on their coattails and have them do their job the right way they're here to wait on customers that's what pays their checks are the customers that come in...
