I would give this location negative stars if it were possible. Ordered over the phone, first of all just getting to an actual person was extremely ridiculous with all the add bombs and annoying automated AI menu options, then I feel like I was transferred to a scamming call center where there person taking my order could hardly speak English and was difficult to understand, and pretty sure it was a third party taking my order over the phone and just entering it online. Extremely time consuming and annoying. After I got home with my food, screaming kids, dogs in the way, separate kids food get them going, come to my food and find out it's wrong. Call the "store" back, add bombs and automated system again, then was transferred to the store, where I sat on hold for 15 minutes, long enough for me to drive to the store and walk in with my phone on speaker phone while the people behind the counter are just horsing around and I can see and hear their phone ringing off the hook while no one has any intention of answering the phone. Tell them that my order was wrong and even showed the receipt for what I should have gotten and the cashier just rolls his eyes and says oh were out of that. Are you kidding me! Why wasn't this brought up at the beginning of my order!? I would have called a different location! After I asked for a refund, which took longer than it should have, I was given the wrong amount of money back because the cashier gave me singles back and couldn't count to 10 instead of just giving me a 10 dollar bill! Grabbed my "refund" and walked out. Horrible OVERALL experience! Will not be calling Little Caesars for pizza...

I ordered over the phone to ensure a fresh order. I was told the order would take 30 minutes because they were very busy. When I arrived, it was 9:03 so the lobby was closed. There were people in the lobby, so I knocked on the door and asked if I could come in and pay for my order since it was already made. I was told by the employee that I had to go through the drive thru. I wasn’t happy, but I obliged and walked back to my car to go through the drive thru.
The drive thru line had 7 cars in front of me. This location is VERY slow at the drive thru, so I called the location and asked if I could just come in and pay instead of waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes for my order (which would be cold by then). The employee who answered the phone was sympathetic and asked the manager. The manager did not care and just said “no, she has to wait in the drive thru”.
As a retail manager myself, I understand wanting to get out of work, but when customer service suffers and you lose patronage because of it, it’s time to make management changes. I won’t be returning to this location.

Read moreFood was ok but cold . I placed an order online and went to the store at time I was told. First they told me no cash because the manager wasn't there and couldn't take cash. So either can't trust the staff or the manager doesn't believe in it's staff. After waiting in the store for 40 minutes I got my food. During this I watch a lady look for people's orders by opening every box . Staff wasn't even placing the orders with tickets just tossing it along a counter not the heater they usually store them in. Back staff was moving slow but a few. One kid was on phone few times. The girl at front desk seemed new and nice but scared of people. They had lost 7 customers while I sat there. We have had issues there before but not this bad and usually food was perfect. They found my other 2 pizzas on the counter. Boxes cold. I think this is because there was no manager and seems like this is a continuous problem. Owner or manager should show more respect to a company name they purchased.It was busy being day after Christmas as majority of management would know it would be a busy day .
