Day one calling to complain I was told that there was nothing they could do for me and to call back on a Monday when the general manager can handle the severity of the situation. After calling the store numerous times the day after my incident happen, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. I PROCEEDED TO CALL THE CORPORATE NUMBER AND WAITED ON THE PHONE FOR 40 MINUTES. The corporate lady was nice and extremely apologetic and said that there was nothing that she can do other than refer me over to the district manager. I have yet to hear anything back from the district manager or the STORE as the corporate person from California told me they would be contacting me. HERE WE ARE ALMOST 2 MONTHS LATER. I ordered a black bean VEGAN style crunchwrap. My receipt says black bean crunch Wrap but what I received was dead cow on my food. Maybe it was my fault for not opening up and checking the inside before I took a bite of it. Taco Bell pride themselves on being part of the vegetarian society of America. I was fed dead animals with no regard and no apologetic. I have not received a phone call, a refund or any sympathy. I would like to state that I'm a mother with a child of that has anaphylactic allergens. I couldn't imagine such a well-named restaurant cross contaminating like they did. Taco Bell is lucky I don't have anaphylactic allergens to dead animals just morals. And the recent week they came out with a vegan nacho cheese and I just can't bring myself to buy Taco Bell again. Which is super unfortunate.
Shame on the staff the way they handle the situation. Shame on the general manager for not answering the phone calls at the store. And apparently the district manager is too busy to answer customer complaints. Customers are always first at least...
Read moreMe and two friends went to Taco Bell tonight 7/11/25, when we got there, they had no one in line. We pull up to the speaker & try to order two tacodilla’s (pictured on the menu) the lady said “we don’t sell that at this time”. We said ok just give us a minute. We then proceeded to order our food. We paused after ordering two items, to then have one woman say “is that all for you?” We said “no just one minute please”. Then another voice says “is everything correct on your screen?” My friend says “no just one second please!”. This women seemed aggravated with us. We finish the order. We get to the window, no customer service at all, the lady at the window acted like either her life was miserable working there or we just ruined her night by asking for a little extra time. We ignored it all and continued to be kind. We get our food, we had everything in the bag. We get home & this is how my quesadilla looked! SOAKED IN JALAPEÑO SAUCE! I called and spoke with the manager, her response was “oh you got the order behind you, they ordered extra sauce!” !!!! THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND US WHEN WE PULLED OFF!!!!! If you hate your job & customer service you should’ve made other choices in life, there was no need to take it out on people who did nothing but used our manors the entire time! Read moreThis location is the absolute worst! I've never seen such consistently horrible service at the same location. They apparently don't understand the concept of fast food. I walked in there at 23 past the hour. Was ignored for five minutes. Finally had to get someone's attention & ASK to place my order. Then I had to wait for TWENTY minutes to actually get my order. How is that fast food? The people who were also inside received their orders all wrong. This is the standard wait for this location. No one ever bothers to tell customers it will be so long. No apologies are ever made. Unfortunately this is the only place near my moms so every time I visit her after work I have to get something else farther away & it gets cold, or stand in this place.& wait. This is the way this place has operated for as long as mom has lived nearby. We keep hoping things will get better so we do go here occasionally. Guess they don't understand the concept of improving service. Don't know what their problem is but they really need to completely overhaul their methods & their 'idea' of customer service!!!!!!
