The Banh mi is the best and affordable, so it is the only reason I keep coming back. However at this location, there is a lot of disorganization and miscommunication between the register and the kitchen about orders. The flow of taking orders and handing out orders is quick but there is no orderly fashion of who is the next customer in line and who is waiting, so it creates impatience and confusion between customers. The two register workers are managing their best but you can tell they are overwhelmed. This was an observation over a period of 15 minutes of waiting...
