I had ordered once before from Dai Sushi through Door Dash and thought it was just ok. Dine-in is definitely a better experience. The restaurant is slightly dim inside but I personally thought it had a nice and cozy ambience. One thing I absolutely adored was all the cute Studio Ghibli artwork they had on the wall. Service was great, the 2 ladies helping our table came by to check on us every so often but also giving us our space. They are currently having a a 50% off sushi and so we took advantage of the deal and tried a few items. Tried the yellow tail, amber jack and tuna sushi and it was so good. If we hadn’t ordered 5 of the special rolls I would have definitely ordered more of the 50% off sushi seeing that it came out quick and was so melt in your mouth delicious. The special rolls were so filling and definitely recommend the dai special or tiger roll. Also of course the dragon roll because I love my eel rolls. We also tried the bento combo and it was a lot of food. We devoured the special rolls so I only got a quick photo of one of the bentos. The only suggestion I have is ask for the low sodium soy sauce (the green bottle). We were given the red bottle and didn’t realize how salty it was till we had all poured it. I personally don’t use soy sauce on my sushi but I did try the red bottle and it was way too salty!I guess we’re used to the low sodium stuff. Overall great experience eating here with the family. Looks like we found a new sushi spot. Also it’s right next to Daiso! Fun to check out before or...
Read moreSo, I gotta tell you about this awesome place I tried out called "Dai Sushi." Let me start by saying, the people there are just amazing! Super friendly and attentive, they kept coming around to refill our water without us even asking. It felt like we were being treated like sushi royalty!
Now, let's talk about the real star of the show - their sushi! Man, oh man, was it fresh and amazing! Each piece was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. The sashimi was so delicate and melt-in-your-mouth, and the maki rolls were like little pieces of art. I swear the chef must be a sushi wizard or something!
And guess what? It won't break the bank! The prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality and experience they offered. You get to enjoy top-notch sushi without draining your wallet. It's a win-win!
But wait, there's more! The vibe inside "Dai Sushi" was cozy and inviting. It's the kind of place where you can kick back and enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you're hanging out with friends or celebrating something special, this place fits the bill.
To sum it all up, "Dai Sushi" totally won my heart. The super nice people, the fantastic sushi, and the great prices make it a spot I'll definitely be coming back to. So, if you're a sushi lover like me, do yourself a favor and give "Dai Sushi" a shot. Trust me, you won't be...
Read moreA hidden gem with sushi quality well worth the price! Will definitely be back, I'm craving already just writing this review.
Quality of the fish is amazing. I'm not picky but I hate it when Salmon has a sea taste to it. Neither salmon or tuna had that after taste at all. Huge win (really hard to find places that don't).
Sashimi Roll: so good! They even add cavier to our roll cause it was empty! Rainbow Roll: huge pieces and a lot of fish! Bento Box Special: the tempura , was to die for! Karaage was more breading than chicken so I would try something else. Blue fin Tuna and Salmon Nigiri: must get. Thick fish pieces and they were 50% of!!
Service was on par with high end restaurants! They gave us a free miso soup since the bento came with one and my partner didn't get one. Super attentive and always helpful!
Parking is a little small but easy to get. May have to walk a little bit down to get to...
