Update - an Unhappy holidays to you Dunkin'. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. Like everyone's parents, I had high hopes for you. You took the Ferrari out, and you crashed it and no one's answering....Buhler..? I'll continue to wait for you at the Krispy Kreme, where the donuts are always hot and fresh and the flavors never run out. I hope you do better in 2025...and I'm sure corporate does as well.

Update as promised 12/6/2024: Dec 6th, Captain's log. Still no vanilla cremes, and no contact from Regional Manager. Donuts 🍩 at Krispy Kreme still hot and fresh. Dunkin definitely on Santa's naughty list. Update in 2 weeks. #DunkinDoesn'tCare

Update to update 11/21/24: Nov 21st, Captain's log. Still haven't been back. Loving Krispy Kreme on 120th. Donuts are always hot and fresh, never run out of flavors. Will provide an update in a couple of weeks. Regional manager, I welcome a meeting any time...meet me at Krispy Kreme on 120th; I'll buy you a donut 🍩

This location has been a habitual disappointment. Everytime we stop by (afternoon 4-5pm), their shelves are absolutely bare. The only donuts left are the ones nobody wanted....they don't keep a stocked inventory. This has been a consistent reoccurring theme over the last 6 visits, we've turned around and left for Krispy Kreme. Is it managements opinion to try and eliminate waste by not making more donuts? Regional Manager, Assistant Regional Manager, Assistant to the Regional manager where are you?...are you really ok losing business over maintaining thin operational costs? Such a...

I will never go here again and I was their very first customer. These people had me absolutely HOOKED. Me and my family were stopping in on a near daily basis until I caught it... a very sneaky price increase on the large Americano from $3.39 to $3.89. (The 8 looks like a 3). I asked about it and the person played dumb and said “No, I don’t think we had any price increases”. So I went back the next day or two with my girlfriend and my son, and this time I’m sure my eyes aren’t deceiving me. I asked about it again and it was a different guy at the window and he said “Yes, we had some price increases about a few days ago, it came down from corporate”. There was a girl in there and she interrupted our conversation to interject “We’re still cheaper than Starbucks”. I said “You’re getting awefully close, why would I come here when there’s no longer any price incentive?” and she actually got quite rude with me. I asked for the manager and he came over and said “Corporate increases our prices, this came down from corporate” and I said “Really? Because I read an article not two days ago saying that your franchisees control the prices and corporate is trying to get them to stop raising prices”... the guy repeated his mantra that “It was corporate”. I sent in an email and corporate confirmed that the franchisees set the prices. I wonder if the owner lied to his own employees about the issue or if they’re just ignorant about it and/or lying...

We've all been to Dunkin Donuts from time to time. It's nothing special. But I've never actually like, eaten there. So today, armed with a free drink coupon and 6 dollars in gift cards, I decided to give breakfast there a whirl. Let's break it down.

Large Cold Brew Coffee: While I'm impressed with the size to price ratio (3 bucks for 32 oz.), you definitely get what you pay for. Why anyone likes Dunkin Donuts coffee I haven't the faintest. It's not even gross, it's just mediocre. 7/11 has at least a comparable product for cheaper (at least they did when I went a few weeks ago. 99 cents!). But really, just go to a better coffee shop, and pay a little more for something tasty. (Allegro and Two Rivers Coffee are some local favorites).

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich on a bagel: Was it stale? Hard to tell. It certainly wasn't good. I'm not that picky, but very little in that sandwich was enjoyable. Waste of calories (and money, had I spent any).

Boston Cream Donut: A classic that you'd think would be hard to mess up. In fact, I've gotten these donuts from Dunkin before and they were fine. What was wrong with this one? No idea. Tasted unidentifiably weird. Couldn't place the taste. Wasn't interested in another for scientific evaluation.
