Usually I don't have problems at this KFC. However, today I did encounter really rude and nasty customer service in the drive through. The hispanic lady that was taking my order asked me to wait, which was ok as she was helping the customer in front of me, but when she took my order she yelled at me to ask me what I wanted for my drink. At first I did not think much of anything because I just thought she probably thought I didn't hear her, but it was rude the way she asked though, but again I didn't think much of anything. When I pulled up to the window I gave her my card and asked for hot sauce and honey mustard, which she gave me a nasty glear and just slammed the window in my face. I already knew she wasn't going to give me any hot sauce or honey mustard. She handed me the food and slammed the window quickly. I checked the bag and there was no hot sauce or honey mustard. So I waited at the window. The Hispanic lady taking my order knew and purposely turned her back towards me to ignore me. I can see another Hispanic lady asking, whats going on, and I can see the lady who took my order just waving her hands towards me babbling whatever she was babbling. I don't know why it was so hard to just hand me honey mustard and hotsauce. I can clearly see the suace from my widow. The other Hispanic lady was not any better she was really rude too. She came up to me and asked, what do I want, and I said I didn't get my hot sauce or honey mustard. She then said it should be in the bag, which I told her that it wasn't. So she grabbed me 2 honey mustards, and I asked for hot sauce again. She told me they did not have hot sauce in the back. If I wanted hot sauce I would have to come in myself and grab it in the front. I asked her if she can just grab me a couple, and she said no that she couldn't. Read moreTrying to get food on the way home with my family. Pickup time for my online order was for 4:59. Showed up at 5 and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Ok. 15 minutes and several other customers later a young girl came out and said it would be another 10 minutes. Fine. Asked for a manager 15 minutes after that and was told by Geo and the very stoned looking manager that I could get a full refund on the website. Fine. Got home and the tenders were absolutely burnt and not edible. Tried to use their website and chatbot to get refunded but realized that the agent never connects before the window times out. Getting upset now. Called their support phone number and gave my story and all details. I was then transferred to the Web department because that first department apparently couldn't do anything. Fine. That second department took forever to finally tell me that they could refund $13 of my $27 order. I asked why and couldn't understand what they said. I mentioned I was recording the call and the woman told me I had to stop recording or she'd have to hang up. I said no this is legal as your recording already said the call was recorded. She hung up on me. Went back down to the store and managed to get DM on the phone but she ultimately told me only going through the website could I be refunded. I don't need the money. This is just absolutely no way to treat your customers and it's reflected at every level....

Once I went inside, there was a woman at the cash register that looked annoyed at the fact that there were several people waiting in line, once I got to the cashier, I overheard her telling another gentleman that was changing. The garbage is in the lobby that she was annoyed. They were so busy right in front of me before even asking what I wanted to order. Then she looked at me with an attitude and said, are you ready to order, I almost walked out of the building at that point. To make things worse when I tried to order chicken strips. She stated she was pretty sure they were out of chicken strips for the evening? Then I ordered a spicy chicken bowl, and when I got it, there was more hot sauce than anything else, the chicken itself was rubbery and absolutely disgusting. Complete waste of time and waste of money. Their lobby was also absolutely filthy and the front door looked like, it had never been cleaned on the inside or outside ever.
