Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at about 4:30 pm. Let me start this by saying I love dutch bros, I spend entirely too much money there, I literally get a freeze every day on my lunch break. However, today, I stopped by this location while out, and I am so disappointed by the service from the 2 female baristas making drinks. When I pulled up to the window, i turned to look at the person at the window. There were two girls standing next to each other, making drinks. The one closest to the window, the girl with the braids and purple and white nails said hi, and I said hi and turned my attention to my phone whole I waited. Then she rudely said hi again as if I ignored her the first time. Maybe I wasn't loud enough, no problem, I said hi, and turned to look again and she was still making a drink talking to the other girl. Then, as if she couldn't be heard she began laughing and said something along the lines of yeah when I'm ignored I say it again with sass, and if someone asks why I ask why they ignored me. I was willing to just let it go, I didn't say anything at all. Then I am handed my $12 drink (because I always tip when I pay in line) and its clear that when it was made they were not paying attention, didn't know what they were doing, or did it on purpose to teach me lesson for "ignoring" them? I added my two pictures of what is supposed to be a Mudslide Freeze and the stock photo from the website. As you can see there is hardly any syrup inside the cup and a fraction of the amount of soft top, not to mention the taste, I cant even tell what is wrong, but its wrong and I'll be throwing it out. Be careful at this location, I won't be stopping by again, and this experience really just makes me not want to be a patron. I can't imagine this is the first time this has happened at this location and how many others have stopped going to Dutch Bros altogether due to their...
Read moreWorst experience ever. I got an iced latte for my son as a special treat, and a regular latte for me. The wait was a little long, so they had a guy come outside the building to expedite orders/paying. I wasn't given a receipt, and by the time I got to the window the flies were unbearable. This was at 10:30pm, so it's not exactly when flies should be awake.
The two girls in the coffee shop seemed overwhelmed, and tried to give me the order for the guy behind us, and then realized they hadn't made my order. I noticed one girl wasn't dressed appropriately for dealing with hot drinks or food handling. Her clothes looked like she missed laundry day and wore her "cleanest" dirty clothes.
Neither drink tasted right. They both had a "brown water" flavor but no real coffee flavor. I think the milk might've been off too. Neither of us drank our drinks. I emailed the company to complain and provided the date, time, amount and description of the experience. All I got back was a request to know the date and time of my visit, like I hadn't already provided that in the info. They also wanted the receipt number, but of course since I didn't get one (and I told them that) it never went anywhere.
I'm leaving this review because I drove by this location last night and it had a huge line of cars, so I feel like people need warned. This Dutch Bros sucks. Whether you like Starbucks or not, at least their drinks are consistent and they don't have a fly problem, and I've been to Starbucks all over the state. This is only the second Dutch Bros I've been to and I won't ever go back...
Read moreDamn, someone said the same thing as me. Thats not coffee.... Itâs like mainlining frosting. No seriously, I'm a nurse and this is a pink, fluffy express train straight to diabetes type 2. If you drink this stuff its a one-way ride to insulin dependence and missing toes in a cotton candy convertible. I dont really think anybody under 25 is going to read this but at least I promise you the two things that will make you life better is think about retirement now and stay away from this place. They are giving you diabetes, but making it whimsical. I also saw that over 75% of their drinks have 71 grams of sugar or more. It takes 1 year of ingesting 70 grams or more of sugar daily to get an A1C that is pre diabetes. Then another 5 years at 70 grams a day to go into full fledged diabetes. Just had a patient under 30 who got the bad news that they are diabetic. It was all nervous laughter and giggles until their friends left and then the tears started cause its a lifetime of needles and blood sugar checks 4 times a day. Cannot tell you how many patients under 30 that come into the hospital are pre-diabetic! Yes I sound like a parent but remember that time your Mom yelled, âStop chewing the charger!â or how you werenât supposed to lick the Nintendo cartridge? Yes you're older, so Ill give the grown up you some grown up wiz: this place is a pink-sprinkled suicide note for your...
