This is my second visit to this location. When I arrived at approximately 9:30am on Saturday the line was out of the Starbucks stip mall parking lot and into Lowe's parking. I had somewhere to be at 10am so from the back of the line I did a mobile order that said the wait was approximately 15min. When I got to the order box I let them know I was picking up a mobile order. I had essentially given them an additional 7 min to make my order. So when I arrived at the window, I was shocked to hear the barista at the window telling me "You need to give us more time on a mobile order." And proceeded to tell me that they are slammed (I sorted that out by the line, thanks) and that I should have ordered before the time that I had.
Coffee with a lecture. I gave them extra time and got a lecture. I still had somewhere to be. When I reached my destination we tasted the beverages. This is by far the worst black coffee I've ever had and I have a twice a day Starbucks habit. Somehow they managed to screw up a vanilla milk. Which literally has 3 ingredients: Vanilla syrup + 2% milk. It tastes like cleaning solution. I dumped it out and made the mistake of stopping in a Starbucks at Safeway but I digress.
Not my Starbucks and definitely never will be. Disappointed with customer service and quality of beverages....
   Read moreI will never come to this location again, and even rethinking my overall patronage of this company. I asked for an easy drink. I was the only one there. All I wanted was a iced drink NO ICE. Then the drive thru gets two, maybe three cars. There are two guys running the store. My cashier made my drink hot, the first time. I thought maybe he just decided that since i wanted no ice to put it in a hot cup. That would have been fine, but he still made it hot. I said I wanted it cold but no ice. He looked at me like I was the one who made the mistake ordering. No. I even re-stated I just want it cold with no ice. He made it again WITH ICE! I should have made him make it again, but he didn't want to listen the first or even second time. Why continue to waste my time? He didn't even thank me for coming in, or apologize for the mess up. I also ordered a pop tart and asked him to heat it up. Part of that broke off and didn't make it...
   Read moreNot sure if this location is under new management but had the worst experience. We always make large orders for our office and always get treated great. Today it is snowing the day before Thanksgiving, we wanted to treat our employees with Starbucks. We placed an order online when picking the order up I was told we couldn't get it through the drive through and we had to go in. I went in to the store and asked why we had to go in. I was in a rude way told that they could not pass so many drinks through the drive through. I was given cupholders so that I can put my drinks in the cup holders my self, no straws or stoppers placed on drinks. Our office will definitely be placing orders through a different location. With the holidays coming up, As a business, it is important to be kind and make it easier for the customer, not harder. It is also important for employees to realize the way they talk...
