We typically have decent (not good but decent) service here. Although today we had very terrible service. We came in, my niece was never given a kids menu (we were never even offered one) then after sitting for a few moments the waitress took our drink order ( coke products are on the menu but was told that they do not have coke products, nor fruit punch, and when ordered a diet tea- we received a sweet one) we than waited a good thirty mins after receiving our drinks for the waitress to finish fixing her make up and hair to come back and retrieve our orders. I even asked another server if we were supposed to go up to the carry out window to order (that was ten mins from when she came to take our order) I ordered soup but instead of bringing it out with everyone else's order the waitress bought it right away. Of course it wasn't even hot but I still ate since I was starving. My family looked at me like hungry wolves while my niece threw a fit over and over because she took was starving. The waitress waited until she brought out the rest of the food to bring our appetizer or even our bread. My family waited as patiently as possible for nearly 45 mins to receive their food. The waitress never asked when I wanted my soup, never tried to give us the bread first (which would have been helpful) AND she took plenty of time and attention to kiss and say good by to her boyfriend which of course was why she was too distracted to take our order in the first place. Gotta look good for the man of course, BUT YOU ARE AT WORK, DO YOU DANG JOB. Also, not sorry for the lousy tip, you received what you give in service and it was...

Me and three of my clients went to this establishment for dinner this evening. The hostess barely showed us to our table before walking away or telling us who would be waiting on us. When a waitress (dirty blonde hair with glasses) FINALLY came over to us to get our drink order she was curt with me when I told her we would each need a separate check.

Over 15 minutes go by without even seeing our waitress. My clients and I were questioning where she went aloud. I could hear two more waitresses ask the hostess why our table hadn't even received drinks yet. But still no one came to check on us. When I started saying loudly that we might just take our business elsewhere I could hear one of the waitresses run into the back and when I started having everyone stand up to start leaving, our own waitress rushed around the corner with our drinks and harassed my clients to return to their seats.

Further, her and and other wait staff were giving us all judgmental facial expressions. When I told my clients we were still leaving despite our drinks finally being delivered, our waitress started huffing and puffing at me and then aggressively told us to have a nice day on our way out the door.

I would NOT recommend this restaurant for friendly or even courteous service. God forbid you expect a little timely attention in a place that had literally 2 other tables occupied. I would have given it zero stars...

I have been to this restaurant numerous times through the years, but never had an experience like the one recently. Our party of six waited what felt like a really long time to give our order to our male server. It took a longer time to receive it. Once our food arrived, two of the orders were completely different dishes than what they ordered. Our guests notified the server that the order was incorrect and he actually became belligerent and said that the dish was correct and had all the ingredients they asked for. He placed the plates on the table and left. Our two guests were shocked that he did this and afterward, just disappeared. We waited for him to come back but he never returned to our table. I had to locate the hostess and ask for the manager. No manager came. I had to ask again at the kitchen and ultimately another experienced server arrived at our table. She acknowledged the error and tried to make the order correct. Unfortunately, this was so long after we arrived that our party was preparing to leave and our two guests never got to eat a meal. I realize that restaurants are having a difficult time maintaining adequate staffing but this is not a justification for dreadful service and average food.
