Update: after reading some 1 star review I do belive I and other customers are talking about the same (rude) barista. :)
Always love Starbucks and I do appreciate all the baristas who work hard and smile with us everyday. One rude barista doesnt mean it’s a bad business. But Starbucks should train employees to be nicer and think of the best way to bring their exact drinks. You guys invent the Customized options which means Customers can choose whatever they want, even when baristas are so fed up with customers’ weird recipes, and learn to respect customers’ choices. Please edit you guys policy and have the same procedure at every stores. I remember when I ordered online, Drive thru, i simply asked “i pick up for, can you please write down Happy birthday … on the cup” and they did it, i was so happy and added tips. Another time I went to store and ask can they write it and the cashier said “I can’t write Happy Birthday”. (So, you guys online write Happy Birthday on Drive-Thru …? ) Usually I try to keep my cool by ordering online, but today I wwent to store again and show my phone cuz I ordered for 3 people. She simply said “I can’t read it on your phone. Please read it”. Meanwhile, another cashier at another store (in Target) will add the recipe fast on my phone and smile with me all the time. Such a confused and too different way to treat customers. I assume Starbucks workers treat customers based...
Read moreVery rude store manger. Caitie Rear was extremely rude when me and my father and my aunt were trying to fix my drink which was three fourths full of ice. While the other fourth was pearls and the drink. At first in a polite way me and my dad talked to her about the problem and she was very rude and laughed at us. She then started talking sassy and would not be nice at all. She then cut off my dad while he was speaking and said that if we wanted to complain we could and she threw her card in our faces. My father then got very mad and walked back to the table we were sitting at. Then my aunt took my sisters drink which was the same exact thing just with lemonade to them with my drink. Another worker got involved and said that my sister had asked for light ice. When she heard that we got her receipt which had said she just ordered the drink and nothing extra and went to them. When I tried speaking to Caitie to slice the problem very easily she completely ignored me and talked to us as though we knew nothing and were a few dumb people who can’t do anything. She even took a big scooper and put ice in a venti cu so she could have “proved” that she was right. Out of all Starbucks experiences this is the worst for sure. I will never...
Read moreThis starbucks was the absolute RUDEST starbucks my fiance and I have EVER been to. I seriously cannot believe it. We were joking with the batista (well trying to) saying can you write love on the cup, she said NO and rolled her eyes then didn't even ask for a name then said thanks bye. We waited for our drink and while waiting the other batista was being so rude to 3 other customers waiting for their drink. I seriously cannot believe they have a job. When the drink I thought was ours was called, she just said the drink name, to be sure it was ours We asked what the name was for the order, she acknowledged my question then completely ignored me. I said that right to them they are rude and I'm totally shocked. Then THREE other customers had agreed with me. If I was management here I'd do a customer service training course training with them, because this was so beyond mean and their attitude was just DISPICABLE. I hope they do better, I will not be coming back there ever again and nor will the other gals there that day, as we had a conversation outside the building. When I told the batista how rude she was being she said have a nice daayyy. Bye. I wish I never spent a dime. I'm...
