Subway — Restaurant in Westminster

I want to leave a review before they get away with being so rude. It’s the little tiny things everyday. The employee behind the counter is elderly, with a very old face, who surely has seen a lot of life, but still doesn’t have a single ounce of humanity if you walk in with a smile on your face. The younger, middle aged employee working with her is no better. There are way too many people around these parts striving hard for money but they only want it so they can be tyrants over their neighbor- even better if their neighbor is of a different ethnicity, then they work even harder to earn the amount of money it takes to pretend they are in place of God. A sad state of affairs over sandwiches, but society exists in little Subway shops, corporate offices, and every place humans encounter each other. People need to do better all...

Sorry to say that i went there today to check on the buy 2 footlongs and get them for 5 bucks each. I asked the hispanic woman if they had the special and she said it was only online but their store was not participating in the special. Sooo I get on my phone to double check and it shows their store listed and no mention that they do not participate. I go back into the store and she says well if you order online they have no choice but to fill the order and you will get the discount. I've seen this before at stores that are trying to get you to pay full price and i think it's very disturbing since obviously she was not the owner and it is not her choice to mislead the customer that way. This subway is great for something cheap and makes you feel like you are eating healthy. The location is clean and I've never noticed trash or debris on the floor. Employees are nice enough, but never put enough ingredients when you ask for "extra" pepper-chinni's (sp?). I feel like I have to tell them multiple times to finically get the amount of "extra" I want.

Sucks that it has to be that way. Corporate should make a policy to always verify if that was a sufficient amount of "extra." Makes the company seem cheap by requiring the customer to fight...
