The Library Gentlemen's Club — Restaurant in Westminster

This is not the old Library that was in Lake Forrest right off El Toro. While that was still around Captain Creams aka Captains Cabaret were far too close for healthy competition.

I'm pretty sure most of the people yelping The Library aren't reading the reviews to see if they would go there or now, they are probably on their way at the time while using their mobile app.

It's been a long time since the old Library closed and so you can see how often I'm out in these establishments, but I'm not the young kid new to the game.

I do know some acquaintances that spend a lot of time here so my 1st experience her may have been a little different than the norm. Booth and bottles, buying dances for our out of town celebrity friends and getting them on stage. That's not how I usually roll. Normally I'm like everyone else going in with 1-2 friends, hawking a seat and blowing my money and leaving a few hours later, drinking leisurely about once or twice a year when I'm convinced to go by others.

Tuesday night has $2 drinks which flow like water because they mostly are. Bartenders and servers have a hard time keeping up with the bar crowd, but take very good care of the vip area. Constantly pulling glasses and restocking amenities.

Bathrooms are only ok. I'm it's a gentlemen's club and it can get packed. Prices are reasonable considering a place like this in Long Beach, everything would be 20% more.

Girls. Not to objectify them in any way, but simply put I haven't seen a Tuesday night have the #'s they have here, granted outside of Vegas I've never seen so many patrons pack a gentleman's club either. Quite a few girls were there just to hang out, literally, non working girls too, but don't be foolish in assuming things.

Parking sucks, valet or not. Valet doesn't do much for you either. Couches are comfy, almost too comfy. Ventilation is good for those that mask things with cologne and perfume. Vape friendly if your VIP.

I'm glad I know people because otherwise I'd have never known about this place or even come, but it's nice to know. Music is much better than my local offerings overall, but with music moving more EDM I was really hoping for more hardcore club bangers.

Bring them onedo's. If your reading this or you're going here you don't give a #$%^. So party it up because in the world of strip clubs in my opinion this is one of the better one's and i've seen...

So I went on a Saturday on September 3rd. The parking lot is big and spacious compared to the other libraries. Was greeted by friendly staff members at the door. $20 Cover charge to get in. The place is pretty nice, it looks upscale compared to your average club. A beer is $7 and a water is $5. Dances start as low as 2 songs for $40, VIP is 4 songs for $100. They'll sometimes have a special which is 6 songs for $100. However, here comes the reason why I knocked off two stars. So I got a $40 dance with a girl, I went to the lapdance room and during the dance, this staff member comes in and tells me to watch my hands. I was confused cause I have never had a staff member tell me anything in any other club, not even in the other two Libraries (Redlands and Anaheim). I asked the girl why he said that and she told me it's due to the breast touching. She never mentioned anything to me about that neither did the staff when I went inside. This honestly ruined the whole experience for me, I had seen people on the floor with girls on their laps doing worse than what I did, yet no one told them anything. As much as I liked the place, the girls, the prices and the whole atmosphere I highly doubt I'll ever come back here. I'll stick with Anaheim...

I’ve only been to a dozen or so strip clubs in California since visiting this month so I may not have the experience needed to really compare peaches to peaches, but I’ll give it a go. It’s got parking, nice lights, a good amount of people working from waitresses to dancers, and a pretty clean and updated building. However, in general, despite these features, it feels pretty unwelcoming, and a dollar, or even a thousand dollars, doesn’t go very far here. Luckily I came with a lot of scratch, because it feels like you’re being conned at every turn. But, in all fairness, that’s because you are. From the cover and drinks that are several multiples more expensive than other local clubs, to high pressure hard selling dancers with mouths that write checks their booty can’t cash, this club, in the end, delivers no value at any price. Even heard the DJ blasting customers on the mic, which really put a nice holiday bow on their customer service. I’d say if you’re nearby and too drunk to go elsewhere, just get an Uber and go elsewhere, you’ll probably have a better experience. You definitely don’t want to explain this tab to the wife, it will just piss...
