This place is pretty specialized and you really have to know what to order; unfortunately I don't. In fact, all the food we got was so so. The food wasn't that bad, but it felt as if it was already pre-made and reheated; the temperature was just off. The oysters was warm and usually it would be hot. Clams had good flavor but it was warm.

Usually with any new places, I would order spring rolls as I find this is a good litmus of what's to come but they brought the egg rolls after the main course came out. The egg rolls were cold... cold as in they must have fried it the night before and flash fried it again before serving because the skin was warm but the inside was refrigerator cold. I called over the waiter and informed him of this and what happens? He or the cook put his back in the fryer and shortly after brought it out to us. It's cooked now but was completely burnt and inedible.

Surprisingly this place was packed with Vietnamese folks and they loved the food so I think this place is catered to their lifestyle. But for folks like us, we'll take our...

👎Update Feb/2025: 👎We were hoping it got better from our last visit, a year ago. This is it. NO RETURN. We ordered 2 each of 11 items. ALL dishes have smaller portions, not fresh seafood at all, and chewy. $1 for water bottle!! no tap water, beer $7, tea 0.75/ea. CASH ONLY. We pooled together to come up with $300 to ditch the joint. EXPENSIVE!!. We could have a feast some where else. Hope, you have better luck if you decided to venture in, we definitely NOT COMIG BACK 🎃. There's other competition.

2024: Thursday noonish, easy parking, mostly empty open area restaurant, quick service, but fast annoying fly buzzing around that can't be caught. Cash only, bottle water only, so we opted for ice tea for a small charge. Ốc was fresh tasty, not over cooked, just right seasonings. Good squid mango salad. We ordered take out. The food wasn’t bad but portions were missing. We ordered a live lobster dish and two other dishes for carry out. They told us it was a 4 lb lobster. The tray and the lobster did not look or felt like a 4lb lobster. (We eat lobster quite often and of various sizes). After consuming a few bites we realize parts of the lobster were missing. Specifically the claws were cut horizontally in half and the claw meat portion was missing. Furthermore, parts of the head, body and tail had portions missing.
