I put my order at within the hour two hamburgers and chicken tenders for kids… and western bacon.. I want to know why after I paid she told me to back up and wait.. I dont like to be told this basically telling me let me take whatever time I want… the lady who took my payment told me to back up and told me to back up. i told her for what she said for timer… please fix this at the end they I checked my order but they purposefully didnt add my bbq to my order… I can tell it was on purpose not on my kid stuff but of course I asked for bbq and they took my bbq from burger gave me none on side… please fix the management came out and said if there was an issue… she called and I told the management the lady not okay for her to tell customers to back up.. Within the hour I ordered you can hear the order and if your able to hear her later tell me… check your order they will revenge you with your order. Very disrespectful .. the management is responsible obviously
Update I went three times they asked me to back up and I told them no thats rude. im not moving back and forward … the next time I added something at the end because my kid wanted something so I was like alright but obviously management tells workers to do this… I am going to the one at century and crenshaw Im done...
Read moreVery disappointed used coupons that I have been waiting to use. My order number was 182 on May 3rd. At 9:10 PM employee initials JM. 1. my burger to me was not fresh and very dry which is odd because I ask for extra sauce…. that’s the first problem. The second was I use the coupon for jalapeño poppers that I love and when I drive all the way home get comfortable and get ready to eat I find out I have chicken stars instead of jalapeño, poppers that are also cold if there’s a manager, please reach out if you can offer a new coupon because I tried to call and the number just rings and then it goes to a fax, So you can’t even call to complain, ask for your money back, nothing!!! you would have to get back in your car and drive all the way back, basically in the hood just to get your order done right and at almost 10 o’clock at night who’s gonna do that? So basically my whole meal is a throw away. 😞 To Starr’s because the employee was polite and kind but when I ask was this everything he said yes, so there is a breakdown between the person that takes your order and the person that’s making the order for me to receive the wrong order.., well partially wrong order....

So, I have a very quick lunch break and I decided to come to this Carl’s Jr. right off the corner of imperial Highway and Western Avenue. I see some menu items on the window out front and so I’m looking for these items on the menu board and cannot find them.I asked the girl at the counter where I could find the prices for these items and she asked the guy that’s working the drive-through, this rude individual tells me; “Well, you’re just gonna have to ask for the prices. They’re not on the menu.” This was probably the rudest individual I had spoken to at a fast food restaurant in a while. Gone are the days apparently where an employee is polite and cares about a potential customers impression of the employee or the restaurant itself. In an attempt to express my distaste for his attitude, the young gentleman proceeded to ignore me and my comments about his rudeness towards me.
